Welcome to this modern and stylish two-bedroom condo located in the heart of the famous town of Las Catalinas, Costa Rica. This lovely condo is just steps away from the Pacific Ocean, making it an ideal place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation.

The spacious condo features a king-sized bed, a full bath, a kitchenette, and a small dining area that can comfortably seat up to four people. There is also a separate bedroom with a Murphy bed that can accommodate two people and comes with a TV. This room is perfect for kids or if you're traveling with another couple or friends. The condo provides all the necessary amenities such as two bathrobes, a beach bag, beach towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner to ensure your stay is comfortable.
To make our guests feel particularly welcome, a bag of aromatic Costa Rican coffee awaits you in our cute studio.

Las Catalinas is a unique car-free town designed to facilitate social interaction and connection between people. You can stroll around and admire the classical architecture while enjoying the sound of the ocean. The town offers several beautiful beaches where you can indulge in activities such as kayaking and snorkeling. There are also various mountain bike trails to choose from. You can rent equipment from the sport shop located in Las Catalinas downtown that rents snorkel gear, bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, and more. The town also offers amazing sunsets, 50 kilometers of hiking/biking trails, and fantastic food at local restaurants and bars that are just a few minutes' walk away.

You can also enjoy the amenities and services of the private Las Catalinas Beach Club, which include a pool, a gym, a restaurant, and a spa, for a nominal additional charge. Please ask your concierge or the Las Catalinas concierge desk for updated prices. If you need parking, you can use the Las Catalinas parking lot for an extra fee of $15 per night plus 13% tax (as of March 2024). Price is subject to change without previous notice.

You can also take a trip to Flamingo Beach, located only a 20-minute drive away from Las Catalinas. Flamingo boasts a beautiful mile-long white sand beach and a new Flamingo Marina. Enjoy the new Playa Flamingo restaurants, shops, cafes, and seafront beach promenade there.
