This vacation flat is strategically located in the heart of Las Catalinas where all the shops and restaurants and fun is happening. So close to the beach that you can feel the warm ocean breeze sneaking into every space of the house. With no stairs at all, it is the perfect spot for anyone.

The house welcomes you with a bright feeling and open concept where the kitchen, dining and living areas are very inviting to spend time together. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large island with a stunning custom-built Guanacaste wood top, tiles that backsplashes with its color and contrast with the white washed kitchen cabinets, the custom pendant lighting completes this personalized space.

The dining area is for up to 6 and is surrounded by an accent wall of light with beachy colors that will make any meal a relaxing moment to enjoy. The L-shaped sofa is incredibly comfortable, to the point where we challenge you to try and stay awake during a movie while resting on it.

This area also features a “bonus room” that allows lots of light and ocean air breezes to flow through all the house. It's a sunroom with beautiful lush tropical palms from outside,with chairs and a hammock, but it also has sliding glass doors and curtains for privacy when desired or to be used as an office.

The house features 3 bedrooms all of them very bright and airy, with beach colors that will make you feel relaxed even indoors, they have an ample closet, pillow top mattresses and fine lines designed to create a rejuvenating experience for your restful nights.

The main one has a king bed, custom windows that can be opened to invite the refreshing breeze indoors, and a convenient desk for your use. There is an en-suite bathroom with double vanity, a rain shower, and custom geometric tile. The second bedroom has two single beds, closet and a shared bathroom.

The third bedroom is very versatile and has an independent entrance as well as it is connected with the rest of the house. It can be locked off and used as a separate studio for extra privacy. It has 2 single bunk beds, a desk and bathroom.

The house is fully equipped with A/C, ceiling fans, cable TV, high-speed internet, as well as a laundry room for your convenience. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There are other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more!

In order to maintain the security that everyone deserves, it is necessary to present the identification of the person who made the reservation at the time of check-in. We greatly appreciate your support.

About the area

Las Catalinas is a Mediterranean-inspired community of gracefully winding walkways, magnificent homes, a stunning Beach Club with four pools, soft sandy beaches, and a glorious warm ocean.

Wandering through the car-free town you will find various restaurants, shops, fun gathering areas, and indoor and outdoor all-wood gym. And everywhere you go, you will find friendly and active people, ready to join you in conversation - or wish you “pura vida” if you want to quietly enjoy the beauty and serenity.

Don't miss the Beach Club with pools, jacuzzi, gym, and restaurant service for $16 per person as an access fee, ask at the restaurant. A five-minute walk will put you on hiking, running, and mountain biking trails. Bikes, kayaks, snorkel gear, SUP boards, boogie boards, and fishing gear can be rented on the beach.

Las Catalinas is committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. That’s why up to second week of May, there will be undergoing renovations to enhance your experience. During this period, the kids pool will be temporarily closed, but don't worry, the lap and adult pool will remain open for some family fun! Additionally, the restaurant's bar will continue to serve you with a specially crafted, though reduced menu. There will be a fee of $16 for entry during this renovation period, but it is fully redeemable on food and drinks! Please note that there might be noise and some dust. Thank you for your understanding.


And before you head out, grab the flat’s beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and cooler available for your use. As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as pepper, salt, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap which are all included.

The parking service is for free. The town is vehicle-free and makes a great place to relax, meet great people, and have the best vacation possible.

Construction notice

Las Catalinas is a community in a constant state of growth, and because of this, there will be construction in the area, at specific hours for minimal disturbance. Thank you for your understanding.
