Welcome to The Lookout! This is a quintessential Oregon Coast vacation home, perched for perfect views of Tierra Del Mar's pristine stretch of wide-open white sand beach. The beach access is direct and easy off of the lovely, expansive ocean facing deck that wraps around to shelter you from summer winds. This original 70's home has been well cared for by the same family since it was built; and luckily for us, they are ready to share it with guests. There are many recent upgrades and furnishings making this home a great choice for a beach trip. The layout is spacious, with 3 levels including an ocean-view loft bedroom, and a cozy downstairs family room with a wet bar.

3 level home. Lower level entry has bedroom with king bed, family room with TV, wet bar, and full bath with shower. Middle level has front and back decks, kitchen, living room, bedroom with king bed & full hall bath with tub/shower. Upstairs is an open loft bedroom with king bed and full bath with tub/shower.
Neighborhood:
The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sandlake Dunes recreation area is 4 miles to the north.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
