The oversized primary bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, 50" TV, dresser, desk, walk-in closet and glass shower. The guest bedroom is complete with a queen bed, dresser in closet and direct access to the expanded patio. The stylish living area offers plenty of seating, another 50" TV, gorgeous quartz-tiled fireplace, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleep accommodations. The open-concept living room allows for an elegant dining space and full kitchen, great for cooking and entertaining. The community offers a heated pool, spa, and BBQ grills just steps away. The neighborhood is fantastic and very walkable. There is the Aunt Chilada's Mexican restaurant right across the street plus an easy hiking trail just behind the complex. Walk the neighborhood or get in the car for trendy shops and restaurants in North Central Phoenix and the Biltmore Fashion Mall nearby. Or hop on the I-51 just a minute away and conveniently get anywhere in town!

This is a very special condo unit in an incredible area of Phoenix, Arizona. When I purchased it, I knew it had a lot of potential. I wanted to bring it out of the 90s to a modern, contemporary look with a better utilization of the space. I also wanted to create an extremely comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. All of the furnishings are not only stylish but provide a level of comfort and homey feeling that is hard to find. The area is fantastic with it being extremely walkable, plus great amenities nearby and getting to anything in Phoenix is a breeze.

The layout works very well for 1-6 people. If it's just you, you can live in an immaculate space. Or if you have another 2 people, each person can get their own bed with the sofa transforming into a queen-sized bed. The guest bathroom is very sharable being well adjusted to shared living. Up to six people can share this space comfortably. The custom design of the space is something hard to find with all new furniture. I put it together to create a relaxing retreat as if you were at home and much better than a resort. There is free parking. The complex offers a heated pool, jacuzzi, and BBQ grills. The area is unique in that not only is their hiking and great trails nearby, but the I-51 is very close allowing someone to get anywhere in Phoenix easily.
