Newly renovated and expertly decorated, you will feel right at home the moment you enter. With rustic shiplap, a wood paneled basement entertainment space, a loft lounge, and a deck with a beautiful view, you won't want to leave behind the charm of Lake Haven A-Frame.


Kitchen- The kitchen is newly updated with new appliances and a spacious pantry. You will find everything you need to cook and dine.
-Fully stocked coffee bar with fresh beans, creamer, sugar & tea.
-High chair and booster available in the main floor bedroom closet.


Gathering spaces- The main living room is an open floor plan with the dining room and has ample seating. There is also an upstairs loft seating area. In the basement you will find a futon, a sleeper chair, a dining table, wet bar, putting mat, Foosball and TV.

Laundry- A washer and dryer are located in the basement for you to use during your stay. Detergent is available for use.


Kid-Friendly- We know how hard it can be to travel with kids, so we have a number of items available to make your travel lighter and your stay easier. In the main floor bedroom closet you will find-

-Patio with 4 Adirondack chairs & fire pit.
-Life jackets are available for adults and children in the garage.
-Stand up paddle board

-Beach towels are available for use in the basement.
*The house is located in a no-wake cove with minimal boat traffic so the water is peaceful and calm.


You are welcome to bring a boat or jet skis to the property and park them at the dock. You can easily put your boat in the water using a ramp at McDowell Nature Preserve which is 1 mi away.


There are multiple options for renting a boat at Lake Wylie. You are welcome to rent and park a boat at the dock. One company we recommend that is conveniently located across the lake is Boat Rentals of Lake Wylie (search "boatrentalsoflkw"). It is ~10 min by car and ~5-10 min by water. You can book anywhere from a half-day to a multi-day rental with the option to have the boat delivered to the house for you. *This is just one of many options. Neighborhood- The house is located down a gravel road shared with a few neighbor houses so it is private and secluded. However, it is also very conveniently located to grocery stores, restaurants, parks & more! All just minutes away. The best of both worlds!


Parking- There is ample parking at the house. PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY AND CAREFULLY down the gravel road as our neighbors use golf carts.
