Beach Villa in New Smyrna Beach, FL is on beach side, directly across the street from the no drive beach and is just a 2 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean.
The newly updated Beach Villa is located in the popular Sea Woods community and offers lots of great amenities including, 3 private Pickleball courts, 2 tennis courts, 2 large pools, a club house, fitness center, sauna and shuffleboard.
This large, first floor 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo sleeps 4 and has everything you need for a fun beach getaway, just bring your toothbrush and sunscreen! After a day at the beach, relax and enjoy our brand new furniture or have a cocktail in the screened in patio. We provide a washer and dryer in the unit along with a king sized bed, plenty of closet space and a sleeper sofa with an upgraded gel mattress an a 50" big screen TV with 350 channels and streaming options. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a Keurig for your morning coffee. We also provide beach towels and beach chairs for your use. There is even a desk if you’d like to work remotely and free Wi-Fi.

Beach Villa is a 5 minute drive to the popular Flagler Avenue known for its exquisite and casual dining options, antique shopping, plus lots of art dealers and specialty shops. Our condo is perfect for families, a girls trip or anyone wanting to experience the beach life.

We are located 24 miles (30 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!
