Updated 1940s Beach Bungalow - Minutes from the Ocean, Berts & Center St

We are offering our bungalow on VRBO that is located just five houses past the famous Bert's, two blocks from Center St and a short three minute walk to the ocean! Our original 1940's Folly Beach Bungalow has been completely renovated with all modern conveniences. It features two bedrooms and two completely updated baths (see pictures). The updated kitchen features a Viking Glasstop Stove and granite countertops. Also, provided for your comfort, is a tankless hot water heater, central heat/air and new washer/dryer. The living room and both bedrooms have large screen televisions for your enjoyment. Also, there is also a comfortable Pottery Barn sofa/queen sleeper which can be used for extra guests! In addition to the sofa/sleeper, there is a "swing bed" on the sun porch for napping or sleeping...
The Bungalow comes fully equipped with linens, towels, hair dryers, and all needed kitchen utensils, including coffee pot, toaster oven, blender, slow cooker, etc. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi are also included.
Our location is excellent! The bungalow is less than a 3 minute walk to the ocean and a short two blocks to downtown Center Street - which is the Heart of Folly. Center street boasts quirky little beach stores; locally owned restaurants and bars. Also, a short half block away is the famous Berts Market - If you need it, you can find it there. And if you know anything about Folly - you know Bert's Market may Doze....but they never close! Recreational areas, including pickle ball and tennis courts are also located near by. A trip to Folly must include a visit to the historic Morris Island Light House, located on the east end of the island and a visit to the Folly Beach County Park on the west end.
No visit to Folly is complete without visiting historic Downtown Charleston, which is only a 12 mile drive.
After a full day in the sun or sightseeing, you can relax on our all-season front porch. The swing bed is perfect for napping or to people watching - I guarantee you - it's always interesting sights going by!
