Beach view and pool excellent, everything clean except floor behind hall bath door. Not enough to worry about, but worth mentioning to cleaning crew. 2nd bedroom really small, but I would stay there again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The photos are a good representation of the condo. It is a bit outdated but still comfortable for 3-4 people. Sterling sands is a great place to stay in the winter because of the heated pool and hot tub!

Everything was very clean; however, the shower head in the master bath leaks and sprays the ceiling and the jets in the tub looked like they havent been cleaned in quite sometime.

We had a great time during our stay at Sterling Sands. Beach view was awesome and relaxing. Staff was helpful and courteous. I would recommend some minor update/fixes in the condo. One shower head was loose in the wall and the other had a leak that sprayed on the ceiling which prevented us from using that shower. Some blackout type blinds/curtains in the bedroom would have been perfect to block out the light that stays on all night on the outside. We used foil and a blanket to keep the room dark and to ensure privacy.Overall it's a great place to stay. We will definitely return for another stay.

The Best Spot

Has the best view of the beach and it’s overlooking the pool in the center of the condo building. Close to the elevators and a century located of the entertainment and food.

What a view!

The view across the pool onto the beach and ocean was breathtaking. What a great location! The condo was clean and beds were comfy, kitchen was well supplied with dishware pots and pans. We would come back again!

The view was great. Gulf of America baby!!! Beautiful place. Definitely family orientated. Just read your Renta agreement. It could be tricky renting your chair and umbrella down by the beach. I did not say it was great. Will definitely be back.

The view of the room was fabulous. There were some concerns about the room. Some dishes we're dirty and the water pressure in the shower was low. The hot tub in the master room when I turned it on third came out so I couldn't really use it. One of the shower heads was leaking water. Since our stay for 3 nights every morning we would wake up to constant drilling from the lower level and banging. Noises could really sleep in had to wake up early every day because of that.. . Overall, it was amazing. Great room Great view i will definitely recommend this place.

Very Responsive

I had an issue with my Air conditioning and they had someone out there to fix it in less than an hour. They reached out a couple of times to check on everything and make sure I didn’t need anything. The place was very clean and organized. In my opinion, no one compares to Vrbo. I had an excellent experience!

Sterling Sands 208

The condo was adequate. We love the location. The 2nd bedroom is way too small and had no bedside table—just a large cabinet with doors that you couldn’t leave open or the door to the bathroom wouldn’t close. The master bedroom has multiple drawers that were broken and very difficult to use. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but this condo needs some upgrades.

Property is extremely outdated and should not even be on the program to rent. While the price was great, I should have known there were issues. Won't make that mistake again. Bathrooms were not well cleaned. To give a somewhat humorous example of how outdated the unit is, they had a VCR in the main living area :-). How crazy is that!I will say everyone we spoke to at the rental company was very courteous and helpful.
