Relax with the whole family at this peaceful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse with easy access to the Gulf of Mexico and amazing views of the Sound. Just a short walk across the street to the beach and a fantastic walking and bike trail right out the front door. Use the Kayak to have fun in the water. Go to the Sound for a kid friendly wave-less swim. Use the bikes for a fun ride on the path. This beach is 2 miles from the bridge and less crowded so relax, have fun and enjoy the beautiful best kept secret of Florida.

This property features a fully equipped kitchen, linens, washer/dryer, outside shower, single car carport, wireless, cable, patio chairs and grill. Large deck in back with table/chairs to relax and enjoy the sun. You are sure to enjoy relaxing on any one of the 3 private balconies while listening to the sound of the crashing waves or enjoying a peaceful night breeze. Includes 1 king bed, 2 full beds, and a pull out couch to sleep 7. Up to 2 pets under 35 lbs allowed with pre owner approval. Complimentary kayak, bikes (3) and beach chairs/umbrellas available for use. Also include a private gas grill and deck.

Had everything you could possibly need! Walk across the street to the beach or to the sound. 2 miles to the Navarre Pier or Opal Beach. Kim was super accommodating and quick to respond. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of linen. Would definately stay here again if we ever make our way back to Navarre!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable and stocked with many items to make your stay a just “show up and you’re ready to enjoy your vacation” experience. Everything was fresh and so comfortable to relax. Check in was smooth, communication was top notch. It’s a short walk across the street to the beach. There’s a wagon in the closet for carrying convenience. The kitchen is loaded with all of your needs if you choose to cook. The closet downstairs is full of so many beach items. It was nice not having to travel with beach chairs or coolers. Plenty of beach toys in there if you have “littles.” We enjoyed each balcony view and the grill/deck area. We have 3 boys in their 20s who visited a few days while we were there. Plenty of room for all of us. Beds were comfortable. As was everything. We had a great stay. If we were to visit Navarre again we’d definitely reach out to rebook. Thank you for sharing your lovely home and all of it’s amenities.

Great for a family of 4!

Our family with 2 kids stayed here for a week. The location to the beach access is perfect. Kim was super responsive but we did not need her for anything. They had lots of beach gear available for use, including a kids life jacket which came in very handy a few days when there were big waves. The deck and outside area were very nice. The only reason I knocked it down one star overall is because some things are dated if you care about these things - we do not! We will definitely stay here again.

Sandy Feet- great location, short walk to beach.

Great location on the quiet end of Navarre right across the street from beach access. Kim was such a great host with info through the app, really enjoyed her suggestions and pictures. Multiple decks with great views of the Gulf and Sound. Good supply of beach toys, kick boards, and coolers. Paddle board, kayak, and bikes available to request from owner. Would definitely stay again.

Great location and space for family

We loved that this rental was just a short, couple minute walk to the beach with views of both the ocean and the sound. The space was perfect for our family both inside and out. Everything was clean and we appreciated all of the equipment (boogie boards, sand toys, kayaks, etc.) that were available. Kim was very responsive and accommodating. We would highly recommend this unit.

Perfect for the family

We had such a wonderful stay. The beach was a short walk across the street. The only thing I would change is I wish I brought my wagon to take things to the beach. The house had plenty of space for all 8 of us and everything that we could ask for. There are plenty of pillows and extra blankets as well as an air mattress if you needed it. If we go back to the area we will definitely be staying there again. The host was so responsive and answered all the questions we had and did so very quickly.

Hazardous property

The house and particularly the driveway has some very hazardous conditions which caused me to fall and have an injury so my stay was not great

There are decorative designs in the concrete near the driveway that is consistent throughout the complex. I disagree it causes the property to be ‘hazardous’.

We just finished a great stay at Sandy Feet Retreat. The property is in a great location almost directly across from a public beach access. There aren't any high rises in this area, so the beach seemed mich less crowded and easy to find a good spot without having to get up early to claim a spot. The condo was clean and very well appointed. Kitchen had everything we needed, and the closet full of beach items available for use was a great bonus. It kept us from having to bring so much and helped us when we realized we forget something. The den was cozy with plenty of seating for all. The bedrooms were a good size, especially the master, and tbe beds were comfortable. Really nothing I would change. It was great. And Kim was a great host and was very responsive to any questions. If we go back to Navarre Beach, this condo would be at the top of our list.
