Beach palm paradise is the perfect place to create wonderful family memories! Come enjoy the powdery white sands of Navarre Beach at our private 3 Bedroom, 2 bath house with water views of the Gulf. We have doors that open up to the balcony in every room to enjoy the views of Navarre beach. We also have a big dinning table at the top balcony for dinners outside. This is a great beach vacation destination in popular neighborhood of Homeport. This family retreat will put you directly in the middle of most tranquil and relaxing beach. Only a short walk or ride to the beach. Neighborhood has community pool and private community beach/pier area on the sound.

Bonus use of golf cart! During your stay there could be mechanical issues with golf cart so it’s not a guaranteed amenity.
No smoking on premise.

Our house is a family friendly neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. Please keep that in mind when booking.

There is no smoking on the premises. No smoking in house, and garage.
We are a no pet listing. There is a $500 additional cleaning fee for smoking or pets.

Full house access and use including garage where you can store all your beach items, paddle boards, and kayaks that you bring to enjoy.

Golf cart is an **free **added bonus and not included in the price of rental. There may be times bc of mechanical issues that it is not available. We require guests to sign a waiver and submit a refundable deposit of $100 to use.

* We provide toilet paper, trash bags, and shampoo/conditioner to get you started during your stay. After that you are responsible for providing.

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous & relaxing area with easy access to the ocean & sound. Jade was quick to respond & easy to work with. We had a wonderful time in Navarre and would definitely book here again!We did have some minor issues, so I couldn't, in good conscience, give a 5-star review. The garage door wasn't working upon arrival (Jade communicated this, so we were aware). It was repaired on the 3rd day of our 7 day stay. Unfortunately, it broke down 6 days in and had to be repaired again. There was a broken lamp in the master bedroom. The lights flickered in the master bathroom (I replaced a bulb & the flickering ceased). The TV in the living room shut off on its own one night & wifi went down at the same time. I determined it was a faulty power strip. Jade immediately ordered another & I replaced it upon arrival, but there was a period of spotty wifi. The bicycles were in rough shape. Rusty. Dry rotted tires. I spent a little time straightening handle bars & seats & washing them down, so we had a couple that were working well enough to ride. As another review mentions, the last stair in the middle of the staircase blends into the floor, so if you're not paying close attention you could misstep. My wife did & rolled her ankle. It'd be smart to put some sort of contrasting material on the last step to prevent injury to future guests.All in all we had a nice stay and I'm certain these issues will be addressed. Navarre Beach is beautiful! Highly recommend.

Great house and relaxing Stay

This was a perfect little house for our Fall Family trip to the beach. The house is located fairly close to a beach access, and has pool access for days we didnt go to the beach. A golf cart was included which is a plus for traveling back and forth. So many supplies in the kitchen as well as beach toys. Loved the Green Egg for grilling at night. We Loved our time spent here.

Family weekend getaway

Loved the location of this neighborhood! Having the golf cart available was so very helpful in getting to the different entrances of the Gulf! The house was very clean and cozy! So many beach toys, chairs and umbrellas available as well! Definitely looking forward to visiting again!

A Great Home in a Lovely Part of Florida

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is comfortable and very clean, with every amenity you could need and a few you might not even think to want. The proximity to Pensacola was nice for us as we were visiting our son there, but it was especially nice to be a bit outside the congestion of Pensacola when we wanted a quieter day on the beach.

we have property within feet and we were pleased to see how close it was. We enjoy this stay there and the extra amenities such as the golf cart : The place was clean and decorated very beachy. i've always loved that private side to Navarra and felt like it is a Hidden place to enjoy the beach. enjoyed our stay

wonderful beach house with very comfortable beds, lots of pots, pans, & dishes, easy to use internet, and a nice big tv. there were 6 of us ranging in age from 8 to 70 - and our families that had rented two other houses ( one across the street). there were plenty of things to keep everyone happy and busy. also the owner was very responsive to our emails. 5+ stars for her one suggestion i would make - be sure to rent the golf cart before you get to the beach house. on this, our first time renting here, we didn’t but we will in the future for sure

Family vacation

If you are looking for a somewhat quiet and less crowded beach vacation, this is your place! The beaches are gorgeous and mostly empty, white sand, and teal waters. The house is located in a small, quiet community, 5 minutes from the gulf and 5 minutes from the sound beach, which my family also really enjoyed walking on. The pool was warm and pretty much always empty. Restaurants are a half hour walk along a nice paved walking path, or a quick golf cart or car drive. The house is very clean and spacious. The top deck is great and has 360 degree views!

This place is a gem! Minutes from the sound and beach. Great balcony views of both. Golf cart helps with the carrying of beach supplies. Lots of toys and chairs for the family.

AMAZING!

From booking, to check in, our week stay and check out, we have NO complaints! This was our 20th year to beach vacation (first time at Navarre). Even though we arrived during the tropical depression/storm we still had a GREAT beach week! The house is amazing. The beds were comfy, plenty a space for our family to spread out, community pool was so close, and the golf cart was SUPER nice to be able to use! We really have NO complaints! If we come back to Navarre we will defend stay here again!
