Gulfgate 403 has a king bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has two twin size beds. In the living area there is a sleeper sofa. The two bathrooms are generous in size with tub/shower combos. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The balcony offers you a million dollar view of the Gulf. It is the perfect spot to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico! Gulfgate is one of the few beach front PET FRIENDLY properties in PCB! Gulfgate allows 2 pets per condo. Pets must be approved at the time of booking. Pets weighing 50lbs or under are allowed. Pet fee for small dogs is $150 Larger dogs are $200. The second dog is $50. You can even take your dog to the beach at the dedicated dog beach by Russell-Fields City Pier, just a quick 15 min drive from Gulfgate!
