Our 2-story home is the perfect place for you to relax with a PRIVATE HEATED POOL, 4 bedrooms (2 King Suites, 1 Queen, 2 bunkbeds), 3.5 bathrooms, and wine fridge. The location is unbeatable, just a few blocks away from the BEACH, GOLF CART accessible & walking distance to shops, restaurants, and nightlife. All furniture, appliances, & amenities are brand new. Smart TVs & memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. Pets consideration w/fee. No Smoking. Book your stay today & make unforgettable memories in Port A!
The Location:
Experience the vibrant beach life at Sunshine on Nine. Situated near the lively Beer Hut, more than just an outdoor bar, it's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee, relax on the swings, and embrace the refreshing sea breezes. With a prime location just seven blocks away from the beach and within the golf cart zone, you can easily rent a cart and reach any destination in Port A within five minutes.
Upon arriving at the Haven community, you'll find four parking spots for your convenience: two under the covered drive and two tandem spots on the left side of Sunshine on Nine. Enjoy outdoor dining, a grill, and your own private pool.
Step into this beautiful, newly built beach house spanning over 1770+ sqft. On the main floor, you'll find a Queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a washer/dryer closet, and a bunk room with two twins and two fulls. As you ascend the staircase, you'll be welcomed by a stunning open floor plan on the second floor, providing ample space for your group to gather and relax. This floor features a spacious living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area.
Sunshine on Nine is tastefully furnished and thoughtfully stocked with everything you need for prepping, cooking, serving, and dining. Whether you're a chef at heart or prefer to watch the culinary magic unfold, there is plenty of seating and gathering space. Adjacent to the living area, a balcony awaits, offering a front-row seat to the famous Port Aransas sunsets.
The second floor of Sunshine on Nine boasts a King Bedroom Suite with a breathtaking private bathroom, complete with a gorgeous walk-in shower and a soaking tub. With two sinks, getting ready for an evening out in Port A is a breeze. Additionally, there is another King Bedroom Suite with a private bathroom on this floor, along with a hallway guest half bath.
Sunshine on Nine combines beauty, comfort, and convenience in abundance. Make sure to add this property to your must-visit list for every trip to Port A!
House Rules and Important Details:
Minimum age to rent is 24.
No smoking or vaping allowed in the property. It is strictly a non-smoking property. A $500 fee will be charged if there is any smoke odor.
No parties or events allowed.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 7 am.
The property is not responsible for accidents.
There is no childproofing in place, so please ensure you supervise your children at all times.
Guests must be able to navigate stairs.
Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
Late check-outs after 11:15AM will incur an additional night's stay charge.
Check-in time is approximate, as housekeeping and maintenance strive to have the property ready by 4 pm, but there is no guarantee.
Pets may be considered with a paid pet fee before check-in. Guests must disclose pets and pay the fee prior to arrival.
A starter set of essentials, including trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and shower gel, will be provided for guests. However, guests are advised to bring extra quantities of these items as the starter set is intended for the first night.
Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach chairs, beach towels, and pool towels. Linens and towels provided in the property should not be taken off-site for any reason. Misuse of linens, including stains or tearing, will result in linen fees being charged.
Please note that construction is ongoing in various areas of Port Aransas, and it is possible that you may experience construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
WIFI is provided as a convenience, but occasional outages may occur in Port A.
There are no refunds for WIFI outages or if the pool is closed for cleaning, repair, maintenance, or if the temperature is not ideal.
Please be aware that being on an island means mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful at certain times of the year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control every 4-8 weeks.
If the police are called to the property due to a disturbance, a $500 fee will be charged, and guests will be required to vacate the property without a refund.
We provide our guests with a guide featuring our favorite restaurants, activities, bars, nightlife, golf cart rental discounts, and many other recommendations.
