Situated within the residential NatureWalk community, it offers a quiet serenity for visitors looking for a lowkey vacation. It's the perfect getaway for your next Emerald Coast trip. With four comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms, this picture-perfect beach house can accommodate up to 10 travelers.

Cole Beck's Cove is styled with an Old Florida beach charm, including a blue-and-white exterior and welcoming front porch. Two outdoor chairs and a rocking chair for two create a perfect setting for sipping lemonade and enjoying coastal breezes. Step inside, where you will find a sunny living room comfortably furnished with a leather couch, matching loveseat, and a wood-topped drink table. The casual ensemble faces a flatscreen TV mounted above a white credenza. Beach accents add to the laidback space. The dining nook features a table and four straw-woven chairs beside three large windows for natural light. Wood floors flow into the contemporary kitchen, where spacious counters provide ample space for whipping up delicious vacation meals. The kitchen includes white cabinetry, a modern tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with stool seating. A half bath is also provided in the hallway, which serves as a convenient powder room.

This main living area shares the first floor with a gorgeous primary suite, which embodies casual beach luxury. Sandy-toned walls, light wood furnishings, and beach-inspired wall paintings contribute to the heavenly vibe. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, reading chair, flatscreen TV, and several windows that brighten the room. Its ensuite bath has a double vanity, a deep soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower with glass walls. The remaining three bedrooms are on the second floor. Two of the guest bedrooms have queen-size beds—one has a private bath, while the other has access to a breezy balcony. The other guest room features a twin bunk. This level includes a bonus den with a twin daybed and twin-size trundle, bench seating, an accent chair, and a wall-mounted TV for entertainment. A second half-bath powder room is also on this level.

As a guest at Cole Beck's Cove, you will receive access to community amenities that can add another level of fun to your vacation. One of these is a large, geometric swimming pool that is surrounded by a paver sundeck, lounge chairs, and palm trees. A bubbling hot tub and shallow splash pool ensure everyone can have a good time, regardless of age. The paradise setting makes it easy to relax and forget all your worries, whether you're taking a freshwater swim, working on your tan, or dining at the bar beneath the gazebo. Other amenities include a kid's playground, pickleball and basketball courts, and scenic nature trails.

The home also comes with access to four complimentary bikes, so you and your fellow vacationers can ride down to the beach with ease. In addition to the beach, you'll want to explore the surrounding coastal scenery at the neighboring Point Washington State Forest. Finally, don't forget to wander through the unique towns of 30A, all of which offer their own variety of shops, restaurants, bars, art galleries, and live entertainment just for you!
