This excludes children and/or minors traveling with the responsible party(ies). Occupants must present PSG with valid Government issued I.D.’s upon request.
No Smoking inside house.
No Drug use.
No parties.
Quiet hour starts at 10p.m.
No pets allowed.
No roller blades, skates, bikes, scooters or surf boards in house or on deck. Please store these items in the garage.
Do not use bath towels for beach use, beach towels have been provided.
Please clean BBQ Grill after use and turn off propane tank.
Trash cans must go out to the street on Monday Night.
Recycling is picked up every other week.
