Welcome to Ocean Mist II, a beautifully updated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom coastal retreat just two houses from the oceanfront in Mission Beach. This two-story townhome comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and fun with ocean views, A/C, a private patio with BBQ, and quick beach access.

Just a short stroll (two houses!) to the sand, Ocean Mist II is ideally situated near Belmont Park, Mission Beach Boardwalk, and a variety of restaurants, cafés, and nightlife. Enjoy the lively SoCal beach vibe—surfing, cycling, and sunset walks are all right outside your door.

This modern beach home occupies half of the first floor and the entire second floor, with both interior and exterior stairway access. The bright, open-concept second floor features:
