Set in the high-end neighborhood of Indigo Ridge, just a two minute drive to downtown Page, it offers total seclusion with a private firepit and a rare triple primary bedroom layout, sleeping 6 adults plus 3 more on rollaways.

Every stay is guaranteed clean and fully stocked by our in-house cleaning crew. The Overlook is prepared with sustainable, eco-friendly products and naturally clean essentials and personal care products for every guest. You'll also find hotel-quality white linens, bath towels, and spa towels, all washed in unscented detergent. We stock basic cooking oils, seasonings, and ground coffee to be used in our standard coffee pots.

No obstructions, no neighbors blocking the view, just water, red rock, and endless sky from the backyard and firepit. Sunrises and sunsets here are unlike anywhere else in Page. And with three primary suites, every couple gets their own private retreat to wake up to the view.



🚤 Lake Powell is open and will stay open! The Stateline launch ramp is fully operational and the lake offers excellent site seeing and recreation at all water levels. We're at the south end of the lake with 400' of water at the dam.
