Welcome to Crystal Beach Sands in Palm Harbor, located just half a mile from Crystal Beach and minutes from Sponge Docks, This home is the perfect family vacation home. It is fully stocked and features a spacious game room equipped with a pool table, air hockey, two retro arcade games and board games. Spacious living area for the whole family to relax. The pet-friendly house also has a lanai-covered Heated Pool with plenty of lounge chairs and a dining table near the grill area. The pool is heated to comfortable 80*.

The Space:
Four bedrooms are set up for 14 guests. Spacious kitchen and dining room with comfortable living room. Pool area is right by master bedroom and living room. Outdoor seating and grill area outside of the Lenai covered heated pool.

Guest Access:
Full use of the house including a private backyard with fence and a driveway.

The Neighborhood:
Located in Crystal Beach Estates subdivision. The house is situated in a very quiet neighborhood that is perfect for nightly strolls with kids or a pet.

Getting Around:
Car transportation is the best way to get around to nearby attractions and dining options. Also there is a lot of bike rental places and house is a block away from Pinellas Trail which is great for biking.

Other Things to Note:
During cooler months, the pool is heated to a comfortable 80*.
Streaming services are available with guests' accounts.
Please note: Only starter supplies are supplied for your stay. 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, 1 paper towel roll for the kitchen, one set of soap bar /travel size shampoo and conditioner-travel size per bathroom, one small dish soap bottle.

Evening quiet hours begin at 10PM.
Dogs up to 50LBS are allowed. No other pets allowed without specific approval from host.
This rental home is a 1 story setting.
Two parking spaces are available on the driveway.
