Access:
Guests can access the entire home via lock pad entry using the last 4-digits of their phone number. Self check-in. You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time.
There is a 2-car driveway for parking. Street parking in front of the house is FREE.

Standard check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time.
We DO NOT allow any mail to the house, as the key for the mailbox is not available.

Additional note:
The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 8 guests, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $35 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate at is 16.
Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night.
Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies.
Please note that propane for the patio heater is not provided. Guests are welcome to enjoy the patio heater during their stay by supplying their own propane.
