My check-in process is extremely seamless & contactless. Detailed & clear instructions are sent ahead of time. The condo door is clearly marked with the address & unit number. The garage is directly under the unit in the lower floor, accessed by the same elevator & the reserved spot is clearly marked, very close to the elevator. I checked in with you that you were parked & inside the unit upon arriving & you said yes & did not mention any issues. There are plenty of washcloths in the linen closet along with extra towels, sheets and blankets. The sofa is a large leather sofa with toss pillows just as pictured in the photos. There is always a full bottle of dish soap on top of the kitchen sink and a multi cleaner under the kitchen sink. There is a very large walk in closet in the master bedroom & a regular sized closet in the 2nd bedroom. Both closets are full of hangers. I’m not understanding why you would need to live out of your suitcase when there are large empty walk in closets & hangers in both bedrooms. I did not heard from you at all during your stay - otherwise, I could have explained where to look if you did not see these items. I could have also dropped off anything additional that might have been needed but nothing was requested or mentioned. I’m glad that you enjoyed the location & feel that the place looked exactly like the pictures.

Hi Cindy, Thank you so much for letting me know about these issues. My cleaners are normally exceptional but I shared your concerns. I also did a great amount of updating after your stay including: - all new sheets, bedding, and pillows - new rugs - new coffee table - new dining room chairs - painting of entire condo The place looks amazing - hope to host you again :)
