Relaxation and comfort will welcome you to this beautifully remodeled 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment. The apartment is professionally designed for our guests. The location is incredible, numerous unique bars and restaurants all within walking distance, and the beach is an 8 minute walk!

Transcendent Stays is a locally driven group based in Virginia Beach with a team on the ground to provide an elevated experience for all our guests. Our goal is to build life-long guest relationships in the short-term rental space. Our stays are clean, fresh, and well-designed with up-to-date features and finishes to bring hotel cleanliness and consistency into the realm of practical and memorable. We have created a space for you to escape the daily routine and enter a world of possibilities making your stay personal, comfortable, and effortless.

Other Things to Note:
Early Check-in / Late check-out - Message us and we will try to accommodate your request. Fees may apply depending on the requested time. Half days (11 AM arrival or 3:30 PM departure) may also be available for 50% of the nightly rate. - Deliveries - We are unable to guarantee package deliveries to the home. It is best to utilize the local post office to hold packages or nearby Amazon Lockers. - Event / Retreats - No events or retreats are allowed unless they have been approved prior to your booking.
