This cozy beachside studio is perfectly located at the north end of the VA Beach Boardwalk. The complex overlooks the ocean and is close enough to the action to walk or bike (2 provided) to all the attractions the area has to offer like free concerts and oceanfront dining, yet private enough for the perfect couple’s getaway. Only a few steps away from the beach in an area that is less crowded than the hotel area just to the south. The location is also convenient to the VB Convention Center. This is an adorable ONE ROOM studio condo with recent upgrades and renovations including new flooring and a custom tile shower ! There is a beautiful pool overlooking the boardwalk and ocean for guest use. The studio also overlooks one of the most popular upscale restaurants in the area. There is a private bathroom with a view of Atlantic Ave. from the small portal window in the full shower and a functional kitchenette including a microwave, an induction cooktop, air fryer toaster oven combo, and refrigerator/freezer. The studio is a small but efficient space that sleeps 2 in a comfortable queen size day bed and has a small ocean view from the window that is visible from the pub table. There is NO additional seating other than the day bed that functions as a sofa and 2-top pub table. There is self adjustable AC and heat, a ceiling fan, big screen TV with cable, free high speed WiFi and a charging station beside the bed for all of your devices but put them away and go enjoy the beach ! Bring your K cups for the coffee maker and there are beach chairs and bikes provided for guest usage. If we forgot anything, or you need a midnight snack, there is a nice convenience store across the street !

Great little studio!

Very friendly and accessible host with easy check-in and out. It was a small condo, but plenty of room for me and the hubby, very nicely decorated, clean, and the beach was right outside! We would stay again if in the area!

We loved the experience. It was very close to the beach as stated. The only downfall was the beach chairs and one of them was broke, but we bought new chairs and left them for the property owner. They sit a lot higher off the ground. We would stay there again.

Truly breathtaking, the surroundings again ... so peaceful and comforting, and soooo many culinary options!... you can stay here for a month (and i have) and never select the same thing twice. But most of all... the people are some of the most welcoming Americans ive ever had the good fortune to spend time with! All in all ... just a perfect spot on tne planet... a slice of Americana and gods green earth to recharge your heart, your sole, and remind us of how good this country is.

All Things Considered Owen and Kim have been great,.. I plan to come back and stay again over the summer. Hopefully this time it will be in a vacation mode rather than a work mode! And I would continue to be a happy occupant if not for my companies need to lower my expenses. But from here on out the project is going to be a week to week requirement,.. hence not fair to put Kim and Owen in that position. I will check out tomorrow morning and again I appreciate all their help and accommodation over the last 3 months.

Bit smaller than anticipated, overall clean and updated. Had an issue with the reserved parking spot but the owner tried her best to remedy as quick as she could later at night. Close to the beach and 3 night requirement for reservations.
