This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath unit is tastefully decorated with convenience, comfort, and relaxation in mind. The unit features a gourmet kitchen and two bedrooms featuring a king sized bed with its own private bath, and one bedroom featuring two full beds with private bath. The unit has over 2,300 square feet of living space, you have plenty of room to relax. The extra-large balcony includes an outdoor kitchen with a natural gas grill. The balcony has seating and dining areas overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
This unit is located on the 18th floor. The amenities include an indoor pool, sauna, steam room, tennis courts, and workout room. The lazy river is conveniently located in this tower, which is perfect for lounging in the sun! The amenities are state of the art with the most exclusive workout equipment available and beautifully appointed pool area. The complex also has a sun deck, outdoor play area, and multiple saltwater pools to enjoy.
The complex has four levels of parking with one reserved space for each unit. Additional parking is located in the upper levels of the parking structure.

* This nonsmoking unit will sleep 10, allows 2 cars in the covered parking garage
* Policy prohibits rental to adults under the age of 25
* No rentals for anyone under the age of 25. The person making the reservation must stay on property for the duration of the reservation. Identification will be checked and no keys will be released to anyone under the age of 25 years old.
* Prohibited vehicles- No buses, RVs, trailers, boats, jet skis, etc. This includes in all of our overflow lots. There is limited parking for oversized vehicles.
* Parking- After the two parking spaces that come with each unit, additional vehicles can be parked using the following options: in the garage- $30 per night, in the East overflow lot (3 driveways to the East of the property)-$15 per night, or at the Island Church on Canal Road (approximately 3 miles from property) at no charge. Parking passes for the overflow lots (including the Island Church lot) must be obtained from the Key Desk upon arrival (no advance parking reservations).
* Noise and damages- We have a zero tolerance policy for noise complaints or damages on property. Quiet time is 10:00 pm.
* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay
