Our HOA does not allow parking for RVs, U-Hauls, or trailers.

Golf Cart Policy: Please note that we will need a card on file, a copy of your driver's license, and proof of insurance to be received per cart before your arrival.

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with a starter amenity pack of Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponges, coffee packs, and laundry detergent pods. Once the initial amenities are depleted, guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities.

Cancellation Policy: 100% refund when bookings are cancelled 60 days (or more) before the start of the stay. Bookings canceled between 59 and 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking; otherwise, the reservation is subject to cancellation.

Great property!! Gourmet kitchen, great location in proximity to the public beach access. This was our second stay at this location and it did not disappoint. The elevator is a huge plus for luggage and people with accessibility needs.

Beach vacation

Checkin process was great, kitchen was great, we had a hard time getting the WiFi information. It wasn’t easy accessible and we had to call to get the information. Outside of that small issue it was amazing. They also didn’t have oven mitts so I would suggest adding them. But overall we are giving it an amazing review.

Amazing Home!

We absolutely loved this house and the adorable neighborhood! The location was great and it was so easy to hop over to the beach on the golf cart, or even walk if you wanted to. This house accommodated all of our needs and more with ages ranging from 6 months and up! The cleanliness and style of this house was pristine! We would 100% stay here again!

Friends Trip to 30A

The house was perfect for our group of 14!! Its location was also perfect! We only had to use our personal vehicles 1 day to explore Seaside. The drive is doable by golf cart too but we had too many people for that. The only issue we had was getting into the house. We were not sent the code for the door and left texts and voicemails but didn’t get through until the 5th or 6th message/call. The CSR was very kind when I got through to talk to someone and she apologized many times for us not being sent the proper information to check into the house. We’d definitely stay here again!

We apologize for the delay in getting the door codes to you. We call every guest prior to arrival to ensure that every guest has everything they need for your arrival. However, when we called you prior to check in, you did not pick up the call. Fortunately you did call us back (our phone records show you called twice while we were on the phone with another guest), and we were able to get you a new door code prior to check in time on the third call. We do see all calls coming in, so you do not need to call us more than once, as we will be returning the missed call as soon as we are finished assisting the call ahead of you. We are very thorough and quick to respond. It was a pleasure speaking to you and we are glad you found us to be helpful! Until next time!

Perfect week in Blue Mountain

Furniture and beds are extremely comfortable and the floor plan is perfect for a large extended family. Having four king masters with ensuites worked great for all the parents while the kids enjoyed the third floor kids’ retreat with large bonus room and bunk room. An elevator to bring in groceries and luggage made life easy. The back screened in porch was super for grilling and relaxing. The golf cart was a great addition for getting to and from the beach. Highly recommend and look forward to returning again.

The linens and bath towels are top-notch. While the community swimming pool is smaller than expected in such a lovely community, the home is a short 7-minute walk or less than 5-minute golf cart ride to the beach! Our entire family is already looking forward to returning next Summer. It's great location, spacious living area, and well furnished bedrooms all make for a great stay. Furthermore, the team at Beyond Blue Vacations was helpful and responsive in every way, making certain our stay was everything we had hoped. We highly recommend this home and Beyond Blue Vacations to any and all.

Nothing short of amazing

Our stay at Over the Moon was spectacular! The home was top notch and decorated beautifully. Everything was high quality and spotless. The home had everything anyone would ever need on vacation away from home. I was so impressed with how fully stocked the kitchen was. They had every quality appliance, cookware, and utensil to be able to prepare a gourmet meal. The homeowners thought of EVERYTHING, down to the finest details, in the entire house. It was even better than the pictures showed. So very impressed with the home and the QUIET neighborhood. Public beach access was also very close by and easily accessible. We had two issues that arose, and the property manager took care of it promptly. The first was the master ceiling fan remote wouldn't work and discovered they needed to order a new. Instead of just telling us they were sorry we would be without a fan for the week, they went out and bought a portable floor fan and immediately brought it by. The second was the garage door code quit working when trying to close it, so they sent someone out immediately to try and fix the situation. The property manager went above and beyond to help make our stay seamless. We could not have asked for a better home or a better week at 30-A. The whole experience at Over the Moon was nothing short of amazing.

Over The Moon “Amazing property”

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying the property “Over the Moon”. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Over the Moon is very pristine, well stocked for big groups, king sizes beds for all the rooms on the second floor and perfect for all ages. The third floor has an amazing bunk room, lounge area, full bathroom and all kinds of board games. The bunks were more like built-ins with either full size beds or queens. The photos and details about this property are what is represent in the listing. Everything is very nice, very clean and very high-end. Our interactions with the management company was very easy, straight forward and pleasant. They were attentive to our needs followed up to make sure everything was good to go and even went the extra mile to check on thing I wasn’t sure was working but turns out it was user error. The linens for the house were extremely nice and not cheap. All the towels and sheets were top notch and they did not skimp out on quantity. Every room had plenty of towels, face clothes, hand towels and all the linens, and bedding had a very wonderful fragrance. The couch and chairs in the family room were as if they were brand new and extremely clean. My past my experiences with beach rentals is they are known for having gross couches but this was not the case with this property. Everything was prefect and I would say that this was best rental my family and I have stayed at thus far. In addition to all of these wonderful things the house included a 6 seater golf cart that was also top notch. It had a stereo system with Bluetooth, back up camera and the kids had a blast riding on it to the beach. Anyone that enjoys a stay at Over the Moon will not be disappointed.

Beautiful home for large group

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home, lots of space, comfortable beds, loved the separate bathrooms, elevator nice for bringing luggage in/out, golf cart very nice for getting to beach quick 3 blocks away, lots of beach chairs and umbrellas, few sand toys. I do wish the baby gear at the house would have been listed or mentioned by the management group when I asked about it. We rented with BabyQuip and didn’t need alot of what we rented. The house had booster seat, crib, a few toys. Would have saved me a bit to know ahead of time. My only complaint (and this is for most Vrbo places we’ve stayed) why can’t y’all provide enough dish tabs /dish soap for your guests to do a good job cleaning up for the next guests! That totally baffles me... If we are staying 5 days and you want the dishwasher ran.... provide 5 dish tabs! I am on vacation and don’t want to go to Walmart to purchase any cleaning products! Also keeping seasoning and spray oils in the kitchen would be helpful. We stayed in a rental in Hawaii a few years ago and it had an array of seasonings left from previous guests accumulating and added to. It was wonderful to not have to purchase that for using the kitchen. I know that’s trivial... one day when we own our own Vrbo, we plan on providing our guests with these items. Floors are very dirty - our feet were black each night before going to bed after showering. They were swept when we got there, but clearly need a good scrubbing more often. Overall, great stay. Kids liked small playground. Pool was not heated (April) so we did not use that, but it was available and very nice area close to home.

Jean, Thank you for your review! We are all very happy that you and your family enjoyed this beautiful home. It is one of a kind, and full of the kind of perks every vacation home aspires to have. We would like to address the few things you mentioned could have been improved upon: 1) Please note that the travel crib and booster seat are both listed in our ad. 2) The floors were all mopped and we had a 'white glove" test done. This is when we take a clean damp towel and run it across the floor to check how well mopped it is. While the housekeeping inspection passed with flying colors, this doesn't mean that the housekeeper may have forgotten an area. If this happens, please call us right away. We are happy to come and take care of it for you. 3) We provide a starter pack of amenities, which is the industry standard. 4) We do not recommend keeping anything edible in the home, and advise you against it when you list your own property. There are certain risks that come with keeping edible items which previous guests have had access to and the host does not have total control of. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was exactly what our family needed. It was perfectly set up for 8 adults and 4 children. Each couple had their own room and bathroom and the kids had their own floor. The house was very clean and just a 5 minute ride on the golf cart to the beach. By the way the golf cart was absolutely a hit! We want to return next year if we can make the arrangements.
