So glad y’all liked it as much as we do! We now have Starlink which as you know is awesome, so WiFi calling works seamlessly. There is an Apple TV unit so can stream most anything which is great for Football.

Amanda we are delighted your family and friends got to enjoy a special holiday together on beautiful PK lake. Y’all are welcome back anytime! I highly recommend the fall when leaves are changing color and you can light the fire pit and watch some football!

This is an extremely unfair and inaccurate review. Previous reviews will give you a better idea of how wonderful and amazing this home is with it's expansive lawn and dock. We work hard to keep it meticulously maintained. Throughout their stay we stayed in touch starting before check in to give tips and suggestions on what to expect and how to plan your visit to maximize your vacation. We had a freak summer storm overnight with high winds and lightning. The entire area experienced this. One very solid and expensive dock chair blew into the water and the guest was kind enough to report this. I simply said, if you recover it great if not we can figure it out ",enjoy your stay don't let this stress you out." Long story short, we hired a diver who looked and it turns out tha Polywood chairs float and it was 5 houses down. No big deal. On the very last night, Sunday evening, the well pump seized up. Being late on a sunday there is no way to get a tech out there and a VRBO house is not a hotel so I'm not sure what this person expects. I simply said, "you can try to spin the motor with a screw driver" and thats it. This is not unheard of on well pumps. Nonetheless, they were checking out in the morning, I offered my sincere apologies they had this experience and offer them to rebook in the future and I will discount there stay. Up to this point it was all super positive and friendly interactions. After check out we had the pump service professionals out and they said the pump had gotten hot and burned up. So this was replaced with a new pump. Not sure why someone who verbalized that their family had such a great time and very complimentary of the property and such a wonderful time would turn around and be so unfair.
