Sleeping Arrangements:

- Bedroom: 1 Queen-size bed with a 12-inch mattress and 100% cotton linens.
- Living Room: 1 Sofa bed, ideal for an extra guest or a relaxing evening in.

The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances and a private full bathroom. It’s a spotless, reliable sanctuary for researchers, professionals, or anyone looking to explore New Haven with ease!

We provide a starter set of essentials (TP, soap, etc.), but long-term guests should plan to restock. To keep things fresh, we have a mandatory monthly pest service—no rescheduling, but we’ll alert you early!

Please note: no mailbox access, one pre-approved pet under 45 lbs is welcome ($150 fee), and parties are a no-go. If you need flexibility, ask about our $50 early check-in (2 PM) or late check-out (12 PM) options. We can’t wait to host your New Haven adventure!

Security Deposit
A $350 damage security deposit will be held for this reservation. By booking, guests agree that any damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or violations of house rules may result in charges against this deposit. All damages will be documented and shared if applicable.

As part of our check-in process, all guests are required to submit a valid ID and a selfie for verification, and sign the rental agreement via our online check in form before arrival. This helps us confirm reservations and keep the property secure for all guests.
- Check-in: After 4:00 PM
- Self-check-in with smart lock
- Upon arrival, you may park through the driveway in the back but only use the front door.

- Always lock the door when you leave.
- No smoking
- No parties or events
- No unregistered guests
-Dogs (maximum weight 50 lb.) must be approved first.
- Cannot leave dogs home alone.
- Dogs may not sleep in the bed.

- Please leave used towels on the floor.
- Double-check that all windows are closed.
- Be sure to turn off all lights and AC/heat.
- Please lock the door on your way out.
