Rustic chic is the favorite description. Enjoy Lake Ontario sunsets from the top floor living room and large deck. The upper floor, 'Lake View Level', is a fully furnished two-bedroom, one-bath gem. For those needing more, the lower two levels are available with 3 more bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, laundry, kitchen, living room, and sunroom. Boat dockage is also available on-site. If more space isn't needed then the lower levels will be left vacant and unavailable. All rooms are furnished with new memory foam beds and linens.

The house sits on top of the eastern dune with its back side on Sandy Pond. The lake can look like the ocean at times with 6 foot waves and the next day can be perfectly flat. On calm days you can wade out to the multiple sandbars, swim, or just float with your favorite drink in hand. If the lake is too rough a boat, canoe or kayak can be taken on the pond side to where other boaters lounge on the sand beaches. The yard has plenty of space for cars and yard games.

Local attractions are the Elms Golf Course and restaurant, Pond Pit BBQ, Wayside Inn, Pulaski, Sackets Harbor, and Henderson Harbor.

The house sits on a private road and is very quiet. Guests are welcome to walk the road and enjoy the scenery.

**Special Note: The house has 4 levels. The interior and exterior have many stairs and renters with physical limitations should be aware of them. Please send a message to discuss them if you have any concerns.
