Roomy, beautiful property and excellent location

We had a lovely, peaceful stay. The teens really enjoyed having their own space and the hot tub was a hit. The kitchen is very well stocked and we appreciated the extra towels and included toiletries as well.

Our stay at Sylvan Springs was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations! The house was completely spotless, the pictures don’t even do it justice! This house and property are absolutely stunning. We had an amazing stay! Lots to do in the area. Perfect

A few friends and I once a year take a "girls away mini-vacation". In the 20 years we've been taking these trips, this was the best rental we have ever stayed in. The house and grounds are absolutely beautiful It is immaculate, well stocked and in a great location. It was so roomy and comfortable for the four of us. The owners thought of everything to make a stay perfect in every way. The communication with the manager was great. We usually go to a different place each year. We liked this house so much we will be returning to it next year.

Labor Day Weekend

my family stayed with me to attend my mothers 90th Bday over Labor Day Weekend . We had 6 adults and 3 kids. The house was awesome . Property was magnificent. It is truly a private sanctuary. The house was immaculate and had every possible item you need for a comfortable stay.

This place is absolutely wonderful. 10/10 on all counts. Just what we needed to escape city life for a while. Serious props to the architect who designed the house and laid out the grounds. My favorite activity was getting up early, taking my coffee outside on the back deck overlooking the pond to be greeted by a family of deer and a family of ducks every morning. The space is super comfortable, the hot tub most relaxing, and the hosts thought of many little touches including, for example, two pairs of binoculars and a bird field guide, very handy. Watching the kingfisher dive into the pond throughout the day was a highlight. It's a serene setting and quiet location, but convenient to shopping malls and vinyards. We can't wait to find some time to return.

Wonderful Family Week!!!

The house is super clean, super comfortable, spacious, impeccably appointed, indoor hot tube, very quiet, and built for a family get-away. Radiant heat if great for little tootsies in the winter (we had 3 children under 2 with us). The property that the house sits on is gorgeous (multiple ponds and paths with deer wandering through). The house feels secluded but is actually close to anything/everything one might want of need. To top it off, the Addison and Chris were a joy to work with. I cannot think of anything I would want them to change.

Autumn Family Gathering

Luxurious well appointed with stunning fall foliage over the professionally maintained pond. Two gazebos and interior space for 16 for dinner. Linen closet well appointed for table decorations. Spacious bedrooms suites and stocked bathrooms. Throughout very clean, excellent parking, superb kitchen with island and some catering equipment. To make minor note one of the largest is a loft open to living room below. With curtain for privacy. Would also suggest taking count of dishes glasses and flatware to ensure plenty in stock when charging an event fee. Had to buy dishes and wine glasses to make sure uniform look for 16 at dinner. Stock on hand was for 12 at dinner. Highly recommend and will certainly come back again! Thank you!!

Oasis - centrally located

This was the perfect home for our family gathering. The location was surprising, as it was so very close to the mall, yet, felt secluded, (saw deer, geese, a groundhog and muskrat!) I was visiting local family and we got take-out from the mall and were able to fit our combined families around the table, then sit in the living room to talk. Sadly it wasn't warm enough to take advantage of the patio.The number lock worked well for us as people came and went at different times.The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, silverware, cups, mugs, etc. A drip coffee maker for larger portions and single serve Keurig got us going in the mornings.Very fancy Samsung fridge with electronic display and 'see inside' feature.The above garage suite was fully attached to and integrated with the home (something I hadn't been clear about) but able to be closed off and private. This worked well for my brother who joined us.The primary bedroom shares a bath with the children's bedroom. That bathroom is very large and quite nice. Double sinks if needed. The balcony has it's own bathroom and a curtain to close it off for a bit of privacy.There are two guest bathrooms, one near the garage and one by the front door, so, several people can be handled at once if that were ever to be an issue.A large very clean garage can accommodate at least 2 cars. This also leads directly into the home.There are numerous springs/ponds that can be found along the trail on the property with coy fish.
