Fabulous downtown Naples condo - walk to beaches
Fantastic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in Royal Harbor area (off Sandpiper). Heated pool (cooled in summer), tennis court, gas grill, 2 covered parking spots. Walk to downtown Fifth Avenue & 3rd. Beaches are 1 1/2 miles. Great lanai to enjoy sunsets from. Note that the minimum stay here is one month and you must submit an application to the Condo association for approval. We are booked for January and February. March and April are available.
The space
This 2 bedroom condo is in a great location - Royal Harbor which is walking distance to Fifth Avenue. Bonefish Grill is at the end of the street (Sandpiper and Fifth). It is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to make your stay feel like a luxurious get-away.
Other things to note
The pool is steps away from your front door. The pool is heated in the winter and cooled in the summer. There is also a tennis court/pickleball court next to the pool and shuffleboard. There is also a grill by the pool that you are welcome to use.
