This seasonal rental second floor condo is located in the Sunrise Condominium neighborhood of Naples, Florida. This condo has a beautiful view to the free form heated community pool and has a small terrace off of the front door. There is one King Bed and one Queen as well as 2 full sized bathrooms and there is plenty of unassigned parking.

The Space:
Upon entering the condo you come into the kitchen which has an open concept along with a large counter top that opens up the family room as well as to the dining space. Guests will notice the gorgeous view from the condo as soon as they enter - the buildings in sunrise all surround a courtyard with a beautiful heated pool in the center. The kitchen has a water filter to enhance the taste of the water.

The condo also has a large laundry room with a washer and dryer as well as a nice terrace off the front of the building that looks at the parking and the front of the building. It's a great place to meet your fellow neighbors in the Sunrise community.
Additionally there are kid friendly amenities including a twin blow up mattress and a pack and play collapsible crib.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Naples is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is about a 40 minute drive from the home!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees NOT INCLUDED IN THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY.
