Nur wenige Schritte zum Strand! Privater beheizter Pool

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you found the house as described, with spacious, clean, and well-maintained rooms. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the pool. We understand how disappointing it must have been to not have access to one of the main features that drew you to the property, and we regret the inconvenience this caused during your stay. We also apologize for the delay in resolving the pool heater issue and for the lack of communication regarding the pool vendor’s absence. This falls short of the standard of service we strive to provide, and your feedback is invaluable in helping us address these concerns with our team. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to making improvements to ensure a seamless experience for all future guests. Should you choose to stay with us again, we’d love the opportunity to provide you with the perfect stay you deserve.
