Perfect Staycation for Families

My family really enjoyed our time at the property. It has all the amenities of home and is exactly as described. We even had a snow day and went out to discover that the owner had shoveled the walk and the area around our vehicle. We’d definitely stay again!

Short stay to go to a concert

This was the ideal location for us to all stay coming from different places to go to a concert at T-Mobile ; owner was very responsive when I asked questions as I was new to VRBO

Great Visit to KC!!!!

Overall incredible weekend at this property! Great location for the KC game! The owner was very responsive and helpful. We were super appreciative, he ensured our family could enjoy our time at the house! Property is beat up a bit being a rental but very CLEAN! Plenty of space, comfortable beds, blankets, and towels!!

Wonderful stay

We loved staying here. We had two families and ages ranging from 3-14 and the kids really enjoyed it too. Very clean, lots of space, and the owner responds VERY QUICKLY. Would highly recommend.

Great space

We had 7 of us staying for a game at Arrowhead stadium. We were able to Uber back and forth with ease. The house had plenty of space for all of us and great amenities. A large bag of ice in the freezer and bottles of water in the refrigerator were a great touch.

Spacious property with easy access to the interstate

Plenty of seating/gathering space - our family was able to spread out throughout the house. Extra towels in the linen closet was helpful. Location was perfect, with easy access to the interstate and close by the stadium. Fire station sounds did not bother us during our stay. Easy communication with property owner.

Great location to Arrowhead Stadium

Enjoyed our time together and appreciated the location. Need more silverware and plates for group of 8. Hot water in basement bathroom was just a trickle. That sink wasn't able to be used but we made do. Need blankets to fit bunk beds size in the basement.

Plenty of Room

Property had a lot of great spaces to spread out and relax, from the living room upstairs with the large TV, to the game room downstairs, and evan a quiet space off of the kitchen with a fireplace.

Place was very spacious and fit everyone comfortably. It was clean when we had arrived. Only complain was that the towels were not completely dry. I would recommend this place again if traveling with a large group. Only 15 minute Ubers to to entertainment.

Beautiful home in a great location

My family of 9 loved staying in this home for the week we visited with family. There was plenty of room and the kids loved the downstairs gameroom! The house is super close to I-70 and shopping and restaurants are very convenient. There is a firehouse nearby but their calls out were not terribly loud...the kids loved seeing the fire trucks. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Time

We came to spend time with our grandkids. This house was a great setup because the kids loved the game room area. There were plenty of beds for each child to have their own bed. It was a good location to get to the zoo and other places. The host always responded quickly anytime I wrote him. The fire station nearby didn't really bother us even though you could hear them.

Big place

Big place if your staying with a group. The only recommendations its taking care of the property. Theres paint peeling from the walls and shower, some things are updated and nice but some things are worn down and not taken care of. Walls were also dirty and not clean. Bathroom door to the master wouodnt latch to stay closed.

Property had nice space. Enjoyed the game room in basement, although lighting did not appear as bright as in photos. Upstairs floors are squeaky. Had few insects in bathroom and bedroom (spiders, ants, roly-poly). One set of sheets had dried blood and house seems to need a deep cleaning. Location is very close to fire station.

Good enough...... barely.

Older house. Lots of broken/run down parts. Clean but very poorly stocked as far as amenities and linens, specifically trash bags laundry soap and hands towels. Next to fire dept. Annoying. Host responded seemed short and bothered. Would not stay here again.
