This home was built on a half acre in 1940 and has the most amazing outdoor space that includes a private pool, fire pit and plenty of seating to lounge around! This beautiful home has been remodeled on the inside and features a gorgeous open kitchen, large bedrooms with TV's in each room and updated bathrooms and an adorable sunroom! This property is perfect for groups looking to reconnect!

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 12, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

The pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

*Full refund will be provided if guest cancels more than five days prior to arrival minus any processing fees. No refund will be given if cancelled within five days of arrival.
Host will not be on site during the stay but is available via messaging, email or phone call.
Located a block from Englewood Park you can enjoy walks, fishing, allow kiddos to get their energy out at the playground or enjoy a picnic! This home is close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and only a few minutes from major highways to get wherever you need to go in the KC area.
Guests will have access the the main living space and upstairs but will not have access to the basement and few locked cabinets that are used for storage.

Second Floor Living Room:
The second floor living room offers a space to get away and work at the private space or watch a game/movie. You will find a couch, Smart TV, coffee table along with a desk and chair! This space is comfortable and quiet!

Lower level living room:
The lower level living room features a plush couch with two additional chairs and a fireplace with battery operated candles for a relaxing ambience. There is no TV in this space but it is perfect to gather for coffee or games!

This home offers four comfortable bedrooms, two of the four bedrooms are on the main level and two bedrooms are located on the second level. The master bedroom features a king size bed and on suite bathroom along with bedside tables, dresser, Smart TV and closet space. The three other bedrooms feature queen size beds, Smart TV’s, bed-side tables with lamps and charging stations along with plenty of closet space and dressers!

The upstairs bathroom features a stand up shower only along with plenty of space to spread out. The bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also, provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.
