As you enter this air-conditioned retreat, you are greeted by a light-filled open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living area provides you with a cozy spot where you and your family can unwind, watch TV, or play board games near the warmth of the gas fireplace. Equipped with all the major appliances needed, the full kitchen is a cook's playground. Prepare culinary masterpieces that you can enjoy either at the beautiful dining table or at the outdoor dining area on your private patio.

The first floor includes a primary bedroom with a TV and an en suite bathroom. The second floor features two additional guest bedrooms, one of them with a TV as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
