The condo was immaculate and had every we needed. You walk in the door and your view is the ocean! Just breathtaking. The seating on the deck allowed for full view and the walk to the beach was very easy. You were right there. Loved it and hope to come back!!!!

The location was perfect for our family. Cherry Grove is a wonderful area. The condo was large enough for my family. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars: the bottom bunk bed was broken and it wasn't fixed until the third day, so my daughter had to sleep on a broken bed for two nights. The couch is also very stained and needs to be cleaned or replaced.

The condo was nice, but we had multiple maintenance issues including having the washer/dryer shock us (and our children who discovered it).The management company was responsive, but having no washer or dryer along with the safety concern around it was a bit much.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We greatly enjoyed our stay. The view was great and the condo was very spacious for our family of 5. The beach access was super convenient with only 3 steps down to the beach making it easy to get a wagon up and down. The only downfalls were the carpet in the bedroom and the vacuum didn’t work well so it was hard to get the sand off the tile floors. The dryer was broke the day we arrived but they were very prompt to get it fixed through an outside electrician. It did need to be cleaned though as lots of sand had accumulated in the dryer and vent.

Good Times!

First
I would have given 5 stars, but the customer service representative was not friendly while checking in. The condo was very clean and convenient to locations and the beach was just a min walk away. Everything was furnished, and we all felt very safe. The location is very quiet, and clean. We will be staying again in the near future.

Good Unit

The unit was very clean and in a great location. We enjoyed the ocean front balcony! The third bedroom mattress was in very poor shape having a permanent sagging spot; it needs to be replaced. The TV in that third room also didn’t work even after following the posted instructions. The dishwasher didn’t clean very well and required handwashing of some items. Overall nice place, just needs a little attention.

Quick Family Getaway

We had a quick family getaway at this condo. The unit was clean and provided space for the 6 of us. It was nice to be north of the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach during the day but still close enough we could go to dinners and enjoy time out in the evenings closer to Myrtle. We enjoyed our stay.

Ample luggage carts and large elevators with easy and secure access via he main and side doors. The location is ideal for those looking for a more residential beach setting - situated at the far end of North Myrtle Beach. Higher-end restaurants, easy access to grocery stores and seafood shops. Just a few short minutes from many family-oriented attractions and prime outlet malls.

Would stay somewhere else next time

I would give this property 2 out of 5 stars. The 2 stars are for location, ease of access to the beach. The cons are this property was absolutely filthy. It appears the property was just simply turned over for the next guests and not cleaned at all. The floors were covered in sand and dirt and there was hair all over the floor and in the showers. There was mold and mildew in the showers and two of the beds had sand in them. Before I felt comfortable letting my one year old crawl around or take a bath I went to the store and bought cleaner and had to scrub the bath tub and floors. The floors had wads of hair in every corner and under the couch had left over snacks (cheese itz etc) from previous tenants. Would book elsewhere next time.
