Sie können aufhören, Ihre Suche ist vorbei, das ist die, die Sie schon lange suchen. Rabatt: Der Komplex wurde frisch lackiert und neue Außenleuchten wurden im Herbst 2018 installiert. Das 1200 Quadratmeter Fuß Stadtdomizil in einem kleinen 14 Gesamteinheit Komplex ist weg von den Massen (auf halbem Weg zwischen Destin und Panama City) und nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Am frühen Morgen zu Fuß oder ein Spaziergang bei Sonnenuntergang bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick, oder einfach nur auf der Terrasse sitzen und beobachten Delphine spielen in der ruhigen, warmen Wasser des schönen Golf. Die sauberen, weißen Sand ist leicht auf die Zehen auch an den heißesten Tagen.

Unsere Stadtdomizil ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Granit-Arbeitsplatten in der Küche und Granit oder Marmor Eitelkeiten in allen Bädern.

Sollten Sie sich für ein privates Abendessen zu Hause zu genießen, verfügt das Gerät über eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit neuen Geräten und Schränken. Wenn Essen ist mehr nach Ihren Wünschen, gibt es einige fabelhafte Restaurants innerhalb von Minuten, zusammen mit einigen großen Fischmärkte, die Ihren frischen Garnelen mit Ihrem Lieblingsgewürz Dampf. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein neues Queensize-Bett und ein eigenes Bad, TV und DVD, mit einem Balkon für einen tollen Blick auf den Golf. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten mit einem Vollbad, TV und DVD. Der Wohnbereich hat eine neue Königin Schlafsofa und mehrere bequeme Stühle, neue Flachbild-TV, DVD, eine Reihe von DVD-Filmen, Stereoanlage und Fliesenboden. Worte können nicht beschreiben die Aussicht von diesem Raum. Wir sind uns sicher, dass Sie Ihre Zeit in unserem Town wird entspannend, angenehm und unbeschwert. Unobstructed view of the beach and very easy access. Clean and comfortable living conditions. Great communication with owner and amenities include beach chairs and beach umbrellas. Will definitely stay again! Its also tucked away from noise but close enough to main county hwy 30A thats gets you access to everything you can think of in 20min.

Wonderful vacation

Great Vacation

Weekend Getaway

We really enjoyed the townhome! It's in a quiet area that is away from some of the busyness of 30a, but is close enough to drive, bike or even walk to restaurants, shops, etc. The unit was clean, well stocked and had unobstructed views of the gulf. The owner, Steve, was also a pleasure to work with. We would definitely book again!

Perfect location

We had a great view of the beach from the condo with a very short walk to toes in the sand. The condo was very clean, beds were comfy, beach chairs were available for use, communication with the owner was great; they were very responsive and made themselves available for any questions we may have had. Highly recommend the rental.

Awesome Townhouse!

First time to this part of Florida and loved the beach and the townhouse! It was great to sit on the deck and watch the waves and the dolphins. Balcony from master bedroom had a wonderful view! Only a few steps to the beach. Quiet and relaxing yet close enough to other towns to go out and sight see! It was great having a washer and dryer and even beach chairs and boogie boards! They have thought of everything to make our stay feel like we were right at home!

Location, convenience, view

We’ve now stayed in three different units at this same property over the last six years. All were great, but this was our favorite. Small details — more room in the guest room, second bath connecting to guest room instead of hallway, a drying rack for wet swimsuits — are what set this unit apart from the others. And the owner was incredibly organized and accessible.

Great Townhome and Great Location

We have stayed in this area before. This unit is great. Everything you need is included in the unit. The owner is easy to communicate with and is very helpful. This location is great. The view is phenomenal The beach is literally steps away. The complex, just 14 units, is between Seaside and Rosemary Beach. The Hub is just down the road. We will definitely be coming back to this unit.

Sunny Days with Ocean Views

We spent February at this condo. It is very comfortable and Steve was great to work with. You will love the view, beach walks, sunsets, bike paths , good restaurants and fish markets. It is close to a lovely state park where you can appreciate the dunes and dune lakes. I enjoyed the quietness of the area during this time of year. Summer crowds and traffic are gone. It reminded me of the shore town I grew up in.....Just sunny days and the beautiful ocean! So relaxing!

Family vacation

Absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect and had a great view of the beach. We enjoyed being just steps from the beach and also loved having daily coffee/meals on the back deck. The ocean breeze kept the temperature comfortable to sit on the deck and also kept the bugs away. Would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have a better option for blackout curtains in the master bedroom. Absolutely not a deal breaker by any stretch….but with the early sunrise in that part of FL, we found ourselves waking up pretty early all week due to the light in the room. Albeit, waking up to that view was incredible….and it gave me the chance to go stake out our spot on the beach early as well.

There are no words to express this week of living. Relaxing, stress free, the view of the Beautiful Gulf each morning waking up and watching the dolphins. Coffee on the deck. It was just beautiful. We have come here 3 years now at the same time each year. My birthday and our wedding Ann. is spent here. When walking into the condo the first thing you see is the Gulf. WOW . The condo is full of books to read, movies to watch. Everything one needs and more. Starting your day and ending it on the beach is just awesome. Just BEAUTIFUL, Thank you so much for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

A Slice of Heaven

We had an amazing week at this property! The location is fantastic- away from the massive crowds but just a short drive to great restaurants and the grocery store. We loved that the entire place only has 14 units. The gulf views from the 2 (yes 2!) balconies is wonderful! The townhouse itself is THE best stocked place we have ever rented- everything you could ever need and and more. The kitchen is especially well stocked! The owners have really gone the extra mile to ensure that guests have everything you need for a great stay. Communication with the owner was excellent! They made sure we had the check in info well ahead of time and answered any questions we had. The beach access is a short walk away and is used by many other properties. We walked to the east about 150 yards (toward the state park) to escape the crowd. Was absolutely perfect. Sunrise over the lake in the park is breathtaking- it is easily seen from the beach. We would without question stay in this property again.

The property clean, very nicely decorated! all the necessities you could possibly need! Great to just walk to the beach! Owner very nice, easy to reach. Quiet area, loved watching the sun rise snd sunset from the deck! I’m too short so I’ll take a small stool to access the king size bed next time but bed was comfortable after I finally got in! Height challenged! 😋

I have traveled to Seagrove Beach from Texas for over 20 summers. This is a beautiful stretch of beach right next to Deer Lake State Park. Early every morning I walked to Watersound with almost no one in sight. Get to the beach early with your gear for your prime spot as it did get crowded. Steve and Kay’s updated condo unit is a short walk to the beach. From the deck and patio is a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. Kitchen is overflowing with everything you could need including an iron skillet. Smart TV is included in the living area. Upstairs in the master bedroom is another incredible view of the ocean and beach. Steve and Kay answered and addressed several questions and a minor issue immediately. My adult daughter and I had a wonderful relaxing week here and you will not be disappointed!

Great getaway right on the beach

We had a great time here. The house was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was so convenient staying right on the beautiful beach. We hope to return one day.

Fantastic beach vacation

Rental experience exceeded all expectations. The rental home was pristine. It already had all necessities for a family vacation. We enjoyed meals and playing cards on the deck looking out onto gulf. Location is less than 100 yards from deck to ocean water so you can go back and forth from beach chair to house. Plenty of room to relax and play on beautiful, clean white sand beach. We rode bikes every day to local coffee and ice cream shops and restaurants. Steve, the owner communicated and responded at a moment's notice to answer all questions and ensure we were well taken care of the entire trip. I look forward to returning with my family to this house.

Wonderful week!

Our family just spent a wonderful week in Seagrove! The condo was very nice and the location is perfect. Very easy walk to beach. The beach is great and not overly crowded like other beaches can be. It was a very relaxing week enjoyed by all. Steve, the owner, was great to work with too. We will definitely be coming back!

We have been coming to this area since 1984, We purchased this townhome in 1999, GREAT VIEW, less crowds & traffic, no high rises. We wouldn't trade this location for any on the beach. You'll see why after you spend some time in this relaxing spot.

Located on the quite end of the beach. A beach walk to the east opens to a mile or more of unimproved beach. Not much of that left and it's within steps of our townhome
