4) 4 easy carry beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 1 beach bag, a plastic tote full of sand toys are provided by the owner, please put items back upon departure. 
5) CONSTRUCTION IS IN PLACE ALL OVER 30A. We cannot be held responsible for construction near the home.
6) No golf carts are allowed at this property per HOA rules.
