Relaxing Nashville Nook for Two

This garden getaway was truly enjoyable for my partner and I during our first visit to Nashville and surrounding areas. This accommodation fulfilled many of our basic needs and provided a stylish space for our 4 day/5 night trip. The area surrounding was very walkable to grocery stores and even bars and restaurants! My only comment to management would to ensure cleanliness on the shower head and to provide additional silverware (spoons) as there was only one available. Would most definitely stay if we were to visit again!

East Nashville Gem

Was there for the Music City Open disc golf tournament. Location was awesome to experience East Nashville five points area. So many great restaurants in walking distance with fun nightlife that locals experience. A totally different vibe from the tourist side of Nashville. Host made sure everything was in order prior to arrival.. a great property in East Nashville.

Enjoyed Stay

This is the second time I have stayed here. The place is clean and convenient to all Nashville has to offer. The hosts are helpful and available as needed. The only suggestion I might make is to place some blackout curtains over the windows above the bed. Otherwise the place is spotless and homey. My wife and I will be back. Thanks

Great place to stay in Nashville

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay at the property. It was a good location when going to a variety of different popular areas in Nashville; it was also clean and safe/quiet.

Nice place to stay

We was in town for a short weekend trip to see a show at The Basement East. The weather was nice enough that we were able to walk to and from. It was about a 15-20 minute walk. There are shops and other bars/ restaurants within walking distance. The alley to park in is tight, but still beats paying to park. The room was great and had everything we needed.

Such a wonderful property/location that was perfect for you my Wife and I. Great location near our conference with great food items and TopGolf close.Loved the privacy of this property vs hotels/condos and the amenities were perfect for our stay. Beautiful Nashville Getaway!

My husband and I rented this property while in town for the Packer/Titan game. When we arrived our code didn’t work but the property manager responded immediately and gave us a new code. We were very impressed with the prompt response to ensure we could start our vacation! Once inside we were very happy with the place. The open studio concept was perfect! Having a place to park all weekend and walk/uber was also a huge bonus and saved on paying for parking elsewhere in the city. There’s a ton restaurants and bars very close by which was very convenient for when we wanted to stay closer to the property. We definitely recommend this place for any couple looking for a nice little getaway while in a city as busy as Nashville!

Easy 5 stars!

This location is adorable, incredibly well maintained and clean. It’s near great restaurants and downtown is a quick drive / Uber ride. There is one parking space that comes with the location which is so helpful as parking can be expensive. We were surprised how many restaurants in walking distance we wanted to eat at which helped stay away from the downtown hustle and bustle. We certainly enjoyed downtown but loved that we didn’t need to go there for every meal. Would highly recommend this location!

Perfect for us!

This place was absolutely perfect for us as a couple wanting to stay close to Nashville but avoid the high costs of being right downtown. We loved the accommodations and there was a great coffee shop and taco place within short walking distance!

Great little apartment

The apartment was well appointed and very clean. It was everything I needed. My only feedback to the owner is to put in black out shades where the street lights come in the windows at night. But the host was thoughtful in that they left face masks to wear to bed. Otherwise, it was an excellent place to stay.

Very short stay

Only stayed one of the three nights planned as we lost a family member unexpectedly on the first day. This required us to leave Nashville the next morning. The rental was nice enough, clean and well represented. The only tricky part was the ally access and parking. We arrived at night and were not entirely sure of our surroundings. Was a bit concerned at first as it appeared off the beaten path. Only advice I would offer is that if you plan to arrive after dark, make sure your flashlight feature on your phone works so to gain access to the electronic lock.

Long Weekend Getaway

Quiet area with local coffee house and tiki bar less than a 3 minute walk. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a short Uber ride to the downtown fun. Loft was cozy and well equipped. Management was very accommodating and understanding. Well worth it!
