We loved it here. Perfect view of the pool and the ocean. The condo was very clean. The toilet could be replaced with a comfort height toilet as it's so low but that's personal preference. Host was very responsive. AC worked awesome. Loved how close it was to the elevator. Everywhere around the resort was very clean and tidy. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great property

The unit was great and the property was also. The walkway to the beach was awesome to have and the numerous pools on the property weren’t crowded so there were plenty of lounge chairs. There was plenty of parking and a lot of great restaurants close by.

yearly family getaway

Everything was amazing and easy to access, the only issue was we got locked out of room bc of the battery going dead to the lock but I simply called the office and someone was there within 10 minutes so no wait at all...The view is amazing especially morning sunrise and to find where to eat was a breeze bc two of the best restaurants are located across the street

I loved the location only thing with the property is the ceiling in the bathroom was flaking paint extremely bad so everytime we took showers we where cleaning paint out of our hair and on our body so it kind of defeated the point in taking a shower

We arrived and the balcony door did not latch/lock causing the hot and humid air to take over our condo. We had to use our own fan we brought to make it alittle cool. If you have a toddler that can open the door do not book this condo. The dryer did not work. We were not able to wash clothes, towels or our 3 month old clothes. The kitchen light did not work. That was the only ceiling light in the kitchen and living room area so we did not have light at night in those areas. Very poor communication with the host. We let him know the issues at the beginning of our stay and only got one response on our last day which was to call a number we had already contacted on our own. The property manager never reached back out to us. We emailed the first day we got there (due to it being after hours) and we never got a response until we reached back out on our 3rd day. We were offered a “loaner” dryer which never came. We were told our issues had been fixed… they were not and we had to show proof/videos. Very poor condo conditions for a family with small children. We will not be booking here again as there was no good communication from anyone (host, liquid life or property manager).

We are taking these actions immediately: - Dispatch maintenance to diagnose and repair or replace the balcony door latch/lock and verify the door secures properly; perform a child-safety check so a toddler cannot open the door. - Inspect the dryer, deliver and install a working replacement if it cannot be promptly repaired, and review our loaner delivery process to ensure promised items are delivered without delay. - Diagnose and repair the kitchen/living room ceiling light and inspect all lighting circuits in the unit to prevent dark common areas in future stays. - Perform a full appliance and entry/exit systems check during turnover so critical items are verified before guest arrival. - Audit our guest-communication and on-call procedures, retrain staff, and implement faster response and follow‑up protocols so reported issues are acknowledged and resolved promptly (and guests receive timely updates). - Review our quality-control and turnover checklists to prevent recurrence and ensure any reported fixes are confirmed and documented. Very nice and great location. Our specific rental had issues with the toilet flushing properly, and had mold on the shower curtain. Not specific to our rental were the numerous guests who would often smoke on their balcony, and at times it was not just tobacco. This just made it hard to enjoy being out on the balcony at times.

The condo needs some major love. The ceiling paint in The bathroom was falling all over. Half of the outlets do not work. The condo is outdated and needs new kitchen wear. One pan was not useable because it was flaking off. Pretty disappointed overall

A little ghetto

Well the curtain rod wasn’t even attached to the wall. The knives were filthy. There was dried shredded cheese in the pull out couch which desperately need replaced .

Okay Rental

Overall, our stay in this room was okay. We were not allowed to check in early after traveling all day, then at 4:00, our code to the door didn’t work, so we had to call and request a new code. When we got in to the condo, the room smelled of smoke and mildew. The coffee pot still had coffee in it, the bathroom floor was disgusting, and the shower was dark with no light. This condo is very out dated, and needs some attention. The plates in the cupboard were still dirty and looked as if they had just been washed off. The condo is in a very good location.
