It is walking distance to Calgary’s best entertainment district, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, and amenities. Comes complete with 1 underground parking spot.
We have a 24/7 guest services team on staff.
THE UNIT
The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all combined having a very open floor plan making this unit stand out. There is an additional parking lot right behind the building for about $6/day
To ensure your comfortable stay, we also provide the following:

KITCHEN
Enjoy your meals with your family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances and cookware. There is also a high chair that can be used for the small ones.

**Must disclose all people staying at unit
**Late check-out past 10 AM without our consent: $50/15 minutes
**Please use makeup remover to remove your makeup, not our towels, otherwise we will charge you.
**Lost keys/fobs/garage opener $500/each charge. Please make sure to return them before checking out
** Guest must clean and put back crib in its case, otherwise there is $125 charge. It’s the one thing our cleaner doesn’t include in the price.
No parties! Otherwise a $500 fine and immediate eviction
