*Per HOA Policy, all Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Homes are permitted one Low-Speed Vehicle per home. Homes with owner provided Low-Speed Vehicles are not permitted to rent an additional Low-Speed Vehicle.
