The Neighborhood:

Fundadores is in Puerto Los Cabos and there is a beach club available for guest use for an additional fee. The Fundadores Beach Club fee as of Summer 2025 is $225 per group per stay and payable directly to the club upon first use.



Other Things to Note:

Daily housekeeping is included with your rental. Housekeepers will visit daily to make beds, wash and replenish all bath & pool towels, take out trash, sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms, refresh empty paper products, refresh any soap products provided with rental. Villa housekeeping staff do not work on Sundays or holidays. Consult your concierge for specifics during your dates.

Costa Mar Villas expects the following from each guest within 24 hours of booking: executed rental agreement, copy of main renter legal identification (main guest must be 25 or older), credit card info & imprint on file. You should receive a secure link from our portal upon booking that will allow you to sign and upload all required items.
