If you're booking ahead for a winter getaway, you'll be pleased to know that our home is perfectly located for winter sports enthusiasts. Just a short drive from some of the best ski slopes and tubing in the area, including Camelback (Ikon), Jack Frost (Epic), and Big Boulder (Epic), our home serves as the ideal base for your skiing adventures. After a day on the slopes, return to the warmth of our wood-burning fireplace, or relax in the hot tub and sauna. Winter is a peak season in the Poconos, so be sure to book early!

Our amenities at Poconos Playtime Paradise will meet you where you are at. Secluded enough for privacy, yet close to everything. Whether you’re here to explore the best breweries in the Poconos, hit the ski slopes, or unwind in nature, you’ll feel like you have your own private retreat—without being far from all the action.

Summer Escape & Spring Breaks (March – August)

Less than five minutes from your doorstep you can savor meals at the Clubhouse, with dining, outdoor patio, and bonfire overlooking the golf course and stunning sunset views all year round. Bonus points if you explore the scenic walk trails around our community at dawn or dusk to say to all our deer neighbors.

Family-Friendly Features:
Kid-friendly amenities like dishes, utensils, a crib, and baby-proofing are available upon request. Although the pool and lake are closed, there are plenty of outdoor activities for children.

Important Note:
Temporary memberships and parking permits are required for access to all community amenities. Guests must apply for these at least two weeks prior. Applications submitted less than five business days before your stay will incur a $75 fee. Per Tobyhanna Township rules, up to 6 memberships are included per rental, and additional passes can be purchased. Children 5+ require a membership.

Rental Packet Pick-Up:
Pick up your rental packet, including details for amenities, at the black drop box outside the Pinecrest Lake Homeowners Service Office.

House Rules:
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, please review our important house rules: No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. No smoking inside the home. No pets allowed. Minimum rental age is 25. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Guests are responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning needs, or rule violations beyond normal wear and tear. Community rules strictly prohibit fireworks or firecrackers. Please shower before entering the hot tub, limit use to six guests at a time, and always cover the hot tub securely after use — violations will incur a minimum $740 fee. Check-out is by 10:00 AM sharp; late departures without prior approval are subject to a $50 fee per 30 minutes to protect incoming guest's luxury arrival.
