If you're booking ahead for a winter getaway, you'll be pleased to know that our home is perfectly located for winter sports enthusiasts. Just a short drive from some of the best ski slopes and tubing in the area, including Camelback (Ikon), Jack Frost (Epic), and Big Boulder (Epic), our home serves as the ideal base for your skiing adventures. After a day on the slopes, return to the warmth of our wood-burning fireplace, or relax in the hot tub and sauna. Winter is a peak season in the Poconos, so be sure to book early!

Less than five minutes from your doorstep, enjoy meals at the Clubhouse with dining, outdoor patio seating, and bonfires overlooking the golf course and stunning sunsets year-round. Take a peaceful stroll on the community trails at dawn or dusk and spot our local deer neighbors.

Family-Friendly Features

Kid-friendly items such as dishes, utensils, a crib, and baby-proofing are available upon request. Even when the pool or lake is closed seasonally, the home and surrounding nature offer plenty of activities for children.

Important HOA Information

Temporary HOA memberships and parking permits are required for access to all community amenities.

The base rate includes up to 6 registered guests

Each additional guest after 6 is charged $75 per guest, per stay, due to HOA-mandated temporary memberships and increased utility costs

Children ages 5 and older require a membership

HOA applications must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to arrival

Applications submitted less than five (5) business days before arrival incur a $105 HOA late fee

Rental Packet Pick-Up (REQUIRED)

Guests must pick up the HOA rental packet and amenity passes upon arrival from the black drop box outside the Pinecrest Lake Homeowners Service Office.

Failure to complete HOA requirements or to pick up issued passes may result in HOA fees or penalties, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

House Rules (Summary)

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay:

No parties, events, or large gatherings

No smoking indoors

No pets

Minimum renter age: 25

Only registered guests may stay overnight

Fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited by the community

Hot tub rules must be followed at all times. Violations may result in a $240 deep-clean fee plus full $500 security deposit hold ($740 total).

Check-out is at 10:00 AM sharp. Late departures without prior approval are subject to a $50 fee per 30 minutes to protect the next guest’s arrival experience.

Our pricing is structured based on the number of guests staying, in alignment with our effort to maintain a luxury standard for every guest—from freshly laundered linens to high-utility amenities like the hot tub, sauna, and arcade. Extra guest fees ($25/per person/ per night) ensure we can continue providing this elevated experience.

And please rest assured, cleanliness is our top priority. Our dedicated cleaning team ensures that every corner of our home is meticulously sanitized and inspected before your arrival. We take pride in providing a pristine environment where you can relax and unwind without a worry in the world.

Renters are entitled to dining and golf privileges at the Pinecrest Lake Golf Clubhouse during their stay, and it's less than a 5 minute walk!
