Traveling as a family we needed three bedrooms and this worked out perfectly. Clean, well located near the bus stop to the Port Authority terminal near Times Square. Excellent communication with the host. There are stairs up to get to the property which is fine but be mindful if traveling with limited mobility guests. Overall a good stay within good access to NYC.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient, and it made exploring the area easy. Excelent value in NYC area! I don't think you can get anything better for your money.Only complaint I have is for some reason I got very low wifi speeds, even though the connection is supposed to be Verizon fiber. No big deal as I just used my phone hotspot.

The place was perfectly located with excellent attention to detail. The rooms were even bigger than they looked in the photos. The hosts were insanely responsive and so sweet , making sure we had everything we needed. Close to good food, easy access to the city, plenty of space, you can’t ask for more! Treat yourself and just book it already!

The apartment was located close to the Hudson River with a beautiful skyline view of NYC. Convenient to public transportation. The full kitchen worked out well. We had trouble with the TV but I believe the host was going to replace it. Be prepared for carrying luggage up steps. All and all our stay went very well.

The unit was as advertised. It was clean, well equipped, and very convenient to our visits to NYC. We rented a car and the connected garage simplified travel plans. The location was very close to stores, coffee and food. We would definitely stay here again.

Great convenient location to stay for visiting NYC - would return and stay again. Place is functional, as advertised, well equipped , quiet and clean. Parking is easy. Good variety of walkable food markets around (e.g Food Bazaar ).Bus is super easy to use - 2 mins away and is 4.10 each way (for adult ) and drops off at port authority in mid town. The boardwalk is 2 mins away from house has amazing views of NYC especially at night.Hosts were receptive and flexible as we arrived earlier than expected. Thanks for a great stay!

Our stay was wonderful. The place is clean and wonderfully located in a safe neighborhood , approximately one block from a magnificent view of the city. There is easy transportation via the bus or ferry into the city, though the bus is the easiest. And the owners are the most responsive VRBO hosts I’ve ever worked with. I would return in the future given the opportunity.

A nice, clean and quiet place in a diverse neighborhood with lots of ethnic foods all around. Public transit nearby by ferry or bus or Uber. The TV in the living room never wanted to cooperate. It would struggle turning on, the volume randomly turned all the way up on it's own and it would never stay connected to the wifi. That was my only issue, other than that the place was tidy and overall a quiet neighborhood but still close to public transit to get to NYC.
