Your Palace on the Beach

Nice ocean front condo (sleeps 4) located at the Caravelle Resort/St Clements building in Myrtle beach's Golden Mile. This condo features numerous amenities including a full kitchen with cooking utensils. A private bedroom with full bed, a king bed in the main living area, 2-flat screened smart TVs, private balcony that offers great view of beach and ocean. An on site pool with lounge chairs that you can sit by the pool and enjoy the beach at the same time., also a grill and bar for your favorite beverage and grill snacks. There is an onsite washer/dryer, ice machine, and vending machine located in a room located near the lobby area. This condo is located near all of Myrtle Beach's prime attractions, including world famous golf courses, shopping centers, theaters, and numerous restaurants, some of which are located within a short walking distance. The St Clements is uniquely shaped, located on the north end of the beach, and a resort that you are sure to enjoy. Monthly rentals available November thru March ..This is a no smoking, no pet, must be 25 years of age rental .

Quick Weekend Get Away

Property was beachfront and near good restaurants. If you like Italian you must try Crave, it is just a few blocks away The owner was very attentive to all our questions and emails.

Little place to relax

I have a good time with my family we can see the sunset from the balcony and the beautiful beach and Wayne is nice and very helpful

Fun in the Sun

We enjoyed our time at this property. Wayne was very accommodating and quickly responded to my questions. Check in was very easy and everything was as expected. Parking is tight at the building if you have larger vehicle so i used the parking ramp across the street most of the time. I would stay here again.

Best vacation ever

our stay was amazing the condo was like our little home away from home. Had a great view of the ocean that’s always nice to see when you wake up in the morning. Lots of fun things to do! over all the trip and stay was great and we will most definitely be back again!

Great views

Property owner is amazing and the property was perfect for what we came for. Would recommend and definately gunna stay here in the future. Parking situation is questionable due to small areas. Wouldnt recommend for larger vehicles. But overall it was great!

Thanks so much Kayley for the positive feed back. It was a pleasure having you as a guest in my condo. In regards to larger vehicle parking, the resort does offer an overflow lot located across the street near the Caravelle offices that will accommodate a larger vehicle if needed.

St. Clements Property

The parking was tight. The building structure and the support columns made it difficult to maneuver in and out of the parking spaces. Property is old and could use updating. Bathroom fan was very noisy while the light was on. Nice ocean view.

The parking around the building is tight due to structure of building but is manageable. The parking garage underneath the building is available which provides protection from outside weather. A work order was submitted for the fan and is awaiting repair from technician this week. Our HOA has started the initial updates for building structure.

Great location

This condo is right on the beach, and within a short drive to many attractions and the convention center/Myrtle Beach sports complex. Cute little pool and bar/grill outside.As others have mentioned, parking is a bit tight. The first time I went into the parking garage was scary!! But after a few times it was fine. The amenities next door are no longer accessible, which was a let down for my daughter, but with the beach so close it was fine.Overall the place shows some wear and tear, but the king size bed is very comfortable, the layout was great for a mom/daughter getaway, and the temperature was comfortable in the room. Oh and the shower water gets and stays nice and hot!Property owner is easy to get ahold of and very responsive.

I was very pleased with the way guest followed instructions with regards to check in and out. Also, with the cleanliness in which they left the condo. They were easy to communicate with and I would rent to them again .

I’m from Burlington NC and enjoy going down spending time when it is not rented. Enjoy walking the beach, swimming, golfing, and dining at some of the great restaurants in the area. Or, just sitting on the balcony enjoying the sight and sound of the waves crashing the shoreline ..definitely therapeutic !!!

It is located in the best area of Myrtle Beach…near all of Myrtle Beach’s prime locations and restaurants. Easy access to the pool, bar and grill, and the beach…when you walk out of the building they all are just a few steps away. Lounge chairs are located around the pool which offers you a view of pool and beach…have your favorite beverage & food also from the grill and bar with live music provided during most weekends and summer months.

Only about 65 units in the building so no worries with crowds. Lifeguard on the beach with umbrellas and chairs available for rent. Nice restaurants within 3/4 blocks, as well as grocery store, Dollar General, etc .
