The property includes four parcels with citrus, fig, peach, and persimmon trees, as well as sprawling gardens and multiple decks with areas to lounge and relax. Enjoy the fire pit, BBQ, ping pong, and soft basket hoops while taking in the breathtaking ocean and garden views. The main floor has four bedrooms, two with King beds and two with Queen beds. One King bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with hall access, and the other King shares a "Jack and Jill" bathroom with one Queen bedroom. There is also a half bath in the hall outside the second Queen bedroom. Upstairs, there is a large loft bedroom with a balcony and ocean views, perfect for kids. It has one Queen bed, one twin, and one twin trundle. Downstairs, there is a large bedroom with ocean views, a King bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Two bedrooms have independent entrances.
This home is perfect for a family vacation with multiple generations and is an entertaining house for kids of any age.
Please note that this is a non-smoking home, inside and outside. The home sleeps 14 people and has a maximum occupancy of 14, which is strictly enforced. Street parking only. Guests must be a minimum of 35 years or older to book. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and only suitable for quiet groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, and parties. All our homes are equipped with noise monitors and the city regulations dictate no outside noise after 10 pm. Rule violations will result in immediate eviction and a $1,000.00 fine.
Please be aware every reservation check in must be met in person with a greeter from the property management company -- self-check ins are not allowed. Our cut off for arrivals to check in is 8:00 p.m. after which a greeter will be available to meet at the property for access starting at 8:00 a.m. the following day. ID verification showing that the person checking in is the same as the credit card used on the reservation is mandatory. Failure to provide ID verification as requested will result in the cancellation of the reservation.
