- The family dogs are welcome for a small fee. Please provide age, breed an size prior to booking. Pet fee will be applied.

- The pool can be heated for an added fee .

- 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $150 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

- 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval.

- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
