The space:

This is a brand new cabin available in late April 2023 for couples and small families seeking refuge from the hectic pace of daily life. Rylee's Retreat offers an ideal cabin getaway. Situated in the heart of the Arts and Crafts Community of Gatlinburg, our location is convenient and easily accessible.

The cabin features a large open concept for the dining and living room areas. There is a half bath off the common area. The bedroom features a king bed and a full bath. There is a queen pull out couch in the living room for a second couple or children.

Experience a warm and inviting outdoor living space on the back porch, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or grilling your favorite meal on the propane grill. As the day winds down, challenge your partner to a game of corn hole on the back patio, or unwind and relax in the hot tub for a peaceful and rejuvenating evening.

With this new construction cabin completed very recently, expect construction dirt on the road immediately leading up to our property and a potentially dusty driveway. Also, we are in the mountains so expect winding and steep roads.

901 Sq feet with 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and a full bath. For additional guests, the couch in the living room is a queen pull out.

Guest access:

Prior to check in, you will receive a door code specific to you. You will not need to meet anyone for keys, and will have the whole house and back deck to yourself.

When traveling to the Great Smoky Mountains we always suggest 4 wheel drive. The cabin is on a paved mountain road but it can be winding and steep. Our driveway has a steep slope, but it is short and asphalt paved.

Other things to note:

-All Guest must be 21+ (children with parents are allowed)

-The cabin is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 4 people

-Parking for up to 2 vehicles

-Quiet time is 11PM

-This is a non-smoking property

-We love our fur-babies, but pets are not allowed at the cabin

-TVs are connected to high speed internet; please bring your own login/passwords to login to your favorite streaming services

-We provide an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels but you might need to purchase more if you have a longer stay

-There are wild animals that live in the area, and they should be respected. Do not approach or feed the wild animals any time. There is a bear bin provided, and all trash should be properly placed and stored in. This will limit the possibility of any encounters with the wildlife

-The house is on a well. The water is UV treated and safe to drink but feel free to bring your own if you prefer bottled spring water

-If you are pregnant or have been drinking, we recommend you do not use the hot tub

-We can not accommodate late check-out or early Check-in. We pride ourselves in having a clean cabin for you to stay in so we must give our cleaning team enough time to do their job in between guests

-If you are late to check out, we reserve the right to charge $2.00 per minute past your scheduled 10AM checkout

-A lot of people have sensitive skin so we ask that you bring your own soaps, shampoos and toiletries

- Our kitchen is stocked with the essential cookware but we do not provide condiments, zip locks, etc. There are several grocers within 3 miles of the cabin including: Food City and Dollar General

-At our home, you can enjoy nature at its finest. We are on a comprehensive pest control program with regular treatments by a local professional but our location means that you may encounter a variety of nature’s little critters. To help ensure they stay outside, please keep the doors closed at all times.
