YOU ARE 5 BLOCKS FROM OCEAN DRIVE in South Beach Miami. Remember you are in Miami Beach (You'll get the exact address when you book) You are 10 minutes from the Port if you are going on a cruise. 10 Minutes from Miami Heat Arena as well. 5 Minutes from the Convention Center and 5 minutes from the FILLMORE. This is a quiet laid back Hippie Haven for intimate peaceful Hippies and bohemians, overall people with a GREAT VIBE. 2 Queen size beds, along with a kitchen table to sit at, watch TV and vibe while you eat or have drinks. The place is FULL OF SOFT FUR CARPET so there are NO SHOES ALLOWED inside. Artistic calm aura in the middle OF EVERYTHING. 75 inch TV with all the apps, movies and TV shows your heart desires. I will be here to meet and greet you and give you the lay of the land. The place is 420 Friendly with quiet neighbors. I will give you a list of things to do in the area to make your trip worthwhile.

We have a concierge service that gives you options such as Parasailing, Yacht rentals, Jetski's, Car Rental, Restaurant Bookings, Table and Bottle Service at the Local clubs and Lounges, Speakeasy's, Dive Bars and etc. You have the option to pay a small fee to park in the street as a resident. Check in is 3pm, there is a $50 late fee if you check in after 5, $75 after 8, and $100 after 11pm unless you tell me in advance during booking. If you lose the key you are charged $500.

I am very laid back and calm. My purpose is take sure you have an outstanding time and have a pleasant and fun experience while visiting Miami Beach. I will give you a number of suggestions and things to do in the area when we meet and I check you in.

Have as much fun as you can, but keep in mind this is NOT a party dorm. If you need anything like 420 or party favors, inquire when we speak.

Sketchy host and experience. No hot water in shower, stove doesn’t work, texted host and he claimed they stopped working that day but he didn’t get it fixed or mention it before our arrival. there is no parking provided despite the listing claiming so and when I inquired over text about it he wouldn’t tell me until I arrived then tried to get me to pay him 50 a day for a resident pass. Overall did not feel safe here.

Really sad that this guests write this. I tried to be as professional as I possibly could ; carried her bags in and tried to set them up with various things to do in the area.The area is quiet and calm so i dont know what shemeans by sketchy. Her and her girlfriend were set on seeking problems. I explained that the previous guests had did something to the stove and for that reason he had to get a new stove. And the hot water worked it just wasn't burning hot the way they wanted it to be. I go out of my way for my guests and no matter what sometimes people will always find fault. I will continue to work on improving snd being a better hosts for my future guests.

Not communicative enough after phone

I had paid for car parking ended up getting towed anway. Host was not replying...granted it was only at 10pm so it may have been late for him. I requested refund from him since i couldn't feel comfortable staying there after the whole thing happened. It's been crickets since then....i don't recommend staying there if this is the case with him.

This guest is a complete liar and I'm truly sadden by this and I wish I could post the text messages. She got her car towed and I sent her a complete refund of $289. My grandmother passed away, which I explained to her; and that is why my response was limited at the time but I paid her back for the car being towed for my own mishap. This guest decided that she didn't want to stay because the person she was supposed to come with couldn't come so she didn't want to spend New Years eve alone and couldn't get a refund last minute because she had already booked, so she stayed with family and made it seem as if she wasn't comfortable parking the car. There are parking garages all around the area. And the only reason the car was towed was because I put a Z instead of a 2 wheb i registered her car as a resident and admitted my own mistake, and paid her back for it. I go out of my way for my guest in all situations so this is truly sad. I'm saddened by this review but people will be people no matter what you do for them.
