Gold Coast is in a great area

The place was so roomy, very clean and any issues that we had the property manager took care of immediately and was very communicative. We will certainly stay there again.

We had a wonderful experience hosting Nick! Communication was smooth and respectful throughout. They treated our home with the utmost care, followed all house rules, and left the space spotless upon departure. We would gladly welcome them back anytime and highly recommend them to any future hosts!

The property was clean, listing shows 2 queen beds. It appears one was a king and one was a full. The countertop seams are pulled up and torn away from previous damage in the kitchen making it feel unsanitary The back patio was not as pictured. No covering shade as shown which makes it very hard to sit outside. There was no table as pictured to sit outside and eat. The downstairs bathroom had a sewage odor and does not drain it would be to ankles when finished with shower We enjoyed the location as we have rented at Gold Coast before it’s a beautiful environment. The place itself is nice it just needs some TLC
